• Szolidaritási paradoxonok hálójában – a segítségnyújtás morális ellentmondásaitól az ellátórendszerek diszfunkciójáig

  Az elemzés célja, hogy egy esettanulmány keretében mutassa be, milyen ideáltipikus szolidaritási paradoxonok bukkanhatnak fel egy falusi közösség életében. Az elemzés során különböző
  integrációs logikák (rendies-konzerváló, egyéni és interszubjektív reflexív, rendszer-kibernetikai – Sik 2015) keretei között szerveződő segítési interakciókat vizsgáltunk, hangsúlyt fektetve
  a segítő és segített perspektívák rekonstrukciójára. Az összegyűjtött interjúk (n = 22), kérdőívek
  (n = 95) és megfigyelések (1 hét terepmunka), több interpretációs körben kerültek feldolgozásra.
  A kutatás eredményeként az egyes szinteken megfigyelhető szolidaritási paradoxonok bemutatása mellett azok egymásra épülő szövetének bemutatására is kísérletet teszünk. A tanulmány
  konklúziója szerint mind a spontán, mind a célzott intervenciók szintjén kulcsfontosságú e rejtett összefüggések figyelembevétele – ennek hiányában ugyanis félő, hogy az esetlegesen megoldott szolidaritási paradoxonok helyére egy másik integrációs szintről származó látens ellentmondások lépnek.

  The rapid pace of technological modernization, coupled with the economic and political impacts of the past 30 years, has significantly reshaped the value system of the domestic population. As a result, human-centred community values that have held significant dominance for centuries (e.g., solidarity, supportive relationships, community) are increasingly being overshadowed by the growing dominance of individualistic and materialistic values. The societal acceptance and expansion of an ideology that prioritizes material growth and personal interests influence the development of personality and the moral framework of value systems through social interactions. This shift thus affects the motivational orientation of career choices among the younger generation. This study examines the extent of change through comparative quantitative data analysis and proposes measures to address the declining interest in social work careers.
