    The rising concerns of the influence of human actions on the environment has resulted in a growing focus in the field of management science, particularly Human Resource Management (HRM). The right direction of going green must be directly linked with Environmental, Economic, and social performance Also, the field of Green Marketing has recently gained significant interest from researchers and practitioners in the realm of consumer behavior. Marketing and HR are fundamental departments in any organization, and their collaboration is essential for the success and resilience of a business, especially if the focus on sustainable development. This research aim to identify the impact of GM on employees’ green performance (GP). Also, to enhance research efforts, and improve the search process for other researchers seeking relevant paper and future research. The research problem has been formulated with the question: Can green marketing impact employees’ green performance by adapting, implementing, and promoting environmentally conscious behavior and corporate sustainability. This article provides a systematic Literature Review of existing research as a methodology. This research found that business can use GM strategies to impact the employees GP. Therefore, promoting and encouraging environmentally conscious practices in the workplace and incorporating a “sustainable culture” will help employees feel healthier, more motivated to finish their work, easily communicating their ideas about best green practices, and more satisfied with the company.

    The presentation aims to impart the results of research carried out in a pilot study. The purpose of this study was to assess the awareness and use of expressions relating to business slang for the BGF PSZK students and professional economists. Based on the responses, I wanted to explore the frequency of business slang usage and the presumed causes of the differences between professionals’ and students' opinions. The respondents' language attitudes, language knowledge,
    and subjective approach to the language were the focus of the study. In this way I could explore the relationship between the respondents’ usage of business slang terms and achieving actual success in the business world.

    As a resource, people are one of the most important factors in the modern economy. From a subjective measurement approach, it can form the basis of business performance measurement. In this research, I am looking for answers to the question: what does business practice show, and how consistent is it with theoretical findings? The results of the research show that companies operating in the hospitality sector in Harghita County are consistently aware of the fact that employee performance contributes greatly to company performance.  For this very reason, employee guidance, performance monitoring and feedback are considered significantly important. Employee performance is measured and evaluated informally, often on a monthly basis. The standardised, formal form of measurement, on the other hand, is only done annually, from time to time when necessary. However, its frequency increases significantly with the size of the company. Companies are moderately satisfied with the current employee performance measurement and evaluation. They are therefore aware that there is room for improvement. In their opinion, the introduction of a performance management system in the future would make a significant contribution to solving the problems discussed in the research. In doing so, it would also contribute to the improving of the company's business performance at the same time. Our development objective could be to provide guidance in this area for the future.

  • A change in the organizational role of controllers – the Hungarian situation based on a questionnaire survey

    Based on the literature, the author presents the development of the corporate controlling function, its basic tasks, and the development of the role of the controller. Based on the results of the literature, a questionnaire survey was conducted among Hungarian controllers and managers. Based on the answers of the respondents, the author gives an idea of ​​the situation of the work of controller. According to the results of the descriptive, non-representative, guiding research, the respondents think about the ideal role of controlling similarly to those described in the literature, but it differs from those experienced during work. Controllers mainly take the role of reporters in the organizations of respondents, the roles of decision supporter navigators and advanced business partners are less frequent. Respondents tend to agree that the future may bring changes to controller tasks, and their role will be strengthened.

  • Analysing of the health awareness of soft drinks among young adults using an eye camera test

    The megatrend of striving for healthy nutrition is a constant and indisputable reality. In our pilot research, we investigated an essential but often overlooked area of nutrition for consumers, focusing on the well-known players in the hydration field: soft drinks. Our study involved a group of 30 high school graduates aged 18-19, who represent a real purchasing power in the food market, and therefore the understanding of the mechanisms behind their purchasing decisions is a key issue. Our primary research was structured along two main pillars, the first was to understand the internal unconscious influences, which we investigated using a fixed eye camera. The second pillar consisted of a questionnaire survey, in which we asked participants about their background, their individual preferences and questions about what they saw during the eye-camera study. Monitoring gaze tracking enabled us to examine what participants were focusing on when they looked at the front or information side of a beverage package. Our research also included an eye-camera analysis of promotional posts on social media platforms. We compared the data collected using the eye camera with the subjective health awareness of the participants and created groups. For each group, aggregated heat maps were created, which provide a visual representation of the distribution of gaze in each image.

    In present day Slovakia, a huge emphasis is put on the development of business in individual regions, by which employment and economic expansion is guaranteed. One of the methods how businessmen from stagnant regions can improve their economics is marketing and the appropriate use of marketing tools. In the given paper we present possibilities for development and improvement businesses in less developed regions by the means of marketing activities. The research was realised in chosen enterprises from the field of gastronomy and it concentrated on the use of marketing tools. In the end we propose the results of the research, suggestions and references out of which we consider the effective use of marketing tools to be the most important, especially marketing communication and also information-communication technologies that should be used more by managers.

  • The Development of Logistics Service Centres through the Use of Results in Network researches

    Logistics centres of a huge capacity and ability to create added value have emerged in recent decades. These centres have become network nodes among the co-operating organizations which accomplish the management of supply chains by connecting different modalities and networks with their infrastructure and informatics. The effective operation of logistics centres present in business networks are usually managed by logistics supplier businesses (3PL/4PL). Defining the supply net as a complex network, logistics centres may be called hubs, the routes and relationships connecting the centres – by borrowing the term used in network theory – may be called edges. Taking into consideration the results of Barabási’s network research we are searching for correlations between his proven principles and the growth possibilities of the centres (hubs) operated by logistics service providers.

    This literature review seeks to investigate the value of human aesthetic labour in light of the growing deployment of robotic service workers. As automation continues to advance and replace human workers in a variety of industries, including service industries such as retail, hospitality, and entertainment, the role, value and the significance of aesthetics and the human touch grows. Due to the contemporary nature of the topic, researchers combed databases like Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar for relevant articles using terms like "human aesthetic labour," "robotic service workers," and "service industry." This review will investigate the extent to which the rise of robotic service workers has altered the perception and value of human aesthetic labour. The findings of this research review will contribute to the ongoing discussion on the future of work in the service industry and provide businesses with insights on the significance of preserving human aesthetic labour and its impact on customer and guest experience as well as business performance.

     

     

  • The Impact of Corruption and Hidden Economy on the Operation of the SME Sector

    Corrupti on is a complex phenomenon related to hidden economy, which is also a barrier to economic development and hinders the outbreak from the crisis. Corrupti on is becoming a more sophisti cated instrument of hidden economies and is present in every country parallel to the ever intense accelerati on of our globalized world. Its extent depends on, among other things, economic dispariti es, social deformati ons, unequal burden-sharing, the rather ingenious forms of tax evasion, social morality, the country’s economic development, controlling mechanism and, more importantly, the subtle relati ons of economic crime with the prevailing powers. Hidden economy and corrupti on are interrelated phenomena. Uneven economic development, unemployment, social insecurity, contradicti ons of the legal regulati ons, and lack of transparency all provide an incenti ve to the violati on of ethical business practi ces, the exploitati on of the benefi ts of economic crime, the reinvestment of such profi ts into the business sphere and the appearance of corrupti on in the politi cal decision-making. Corrupti on is a social symptom, a subsistence constraint, a deviant form as well as a status security instrument, the mild (moral) judgment of which encourages parti cipati on in the hidden economy and economic crises. If the state or the politi cs seeks to infl uence the development of the economy and assumes excessive responsibility or procurer function, it diminishes the principle of public burdens and supports the expansion of corrupti on and the operati on of hidden economy at the sametime.

    In 2016, the organizational management of tourism in Hungary has changed, the basis of which was defined in the CLVI. Tourism Development Act of 2016. The law puts the focus of tourism development on the tourist areas, which aims to make the destinations able to renew their competitive travel offers in the short term for both foreign and domestic guests who are looking for experiences or have higher specific spending. One of the five priority tourism development areas named by the Government until September 2017 is the Sopron-Fertő destination. Based on the 122 completed questionnaires, it can be stated that five towns (Sopron, Bük, Hegykő, Fertőd and Nagycenk) in the Sopron-Fertő priority tourism development area are known among households participating in domestic tourism.

  • Erasmus+ student flow analysis with the gravity model

    This study aims to examine Erasmus student flows between the 33 Erasmus+ programme countries using a gravity model. The regression analysis quantifies the impact of the factors influencing decisions on the country choice in 2018. The results suggest that the costs embodied by geographical distance and cultural differences significantly diminish the intensity of bilateral student mobility. The research also shows that students prefer to choose a country with reputable, high-quality universities, while tourist attractions do not increase the attractiveness of the host country.

    The aim of my publication is to introduce the foundation and development of controller’s role in respect to the recent changes in the last 10 years due to implementation of Industry 4.0. This is connected to the exponential development of information technology, what made possible to store, proceed and analyze much more data (Big Data) than ever before. The new business information (BI) systems help reporting and analysis processes with interactive dashboard-based reports. New possibilities opened also in forecasting, due to more available data and higher computer capacities, where forecasting algorithms can be run rapidly and so more frequently, and more accurate forecasts can be prepared. The changes of course influence the requested professional skills and the role of the controllers in the companies, what I demonstrate in more details in my paper. At the end of my publication, I introduce the results of my empirical questioner based research about requested IT knowledge of controllers and their connection with automatization of company’s controlling processes.

    One of today’s most important social and economic phenomena is the fourth industrial revolution, the effect of which is that digitalization can significantly transform business processes. The corporate controlling area cannot avoid transformation either, its methods and tools will change. Just as controlling itself, its changes can also differ between sectors, especially in the extremely diverse service sector. The aim of the research is to examine, on a domestic sample, whether there are differences in this respect between companies with a main commercial activity and the rest of the service sector. The data of the questionnaire research conducted with 46 controllers and managers were evaluated by means of cross-tabulations, averages and statistical tests. There are no differences in the digital development of the key performance indicators that form the basis of controller work, in the use of ERP systems, automation solutions and language algorithms. In the commercial group of the sample, the use of business intelligence tools providing advanced planning and analysis options is significantly more common. The two groups of the sample do not differ in terms of the factors encouraging the digitalization of the controlling area, but the companies with a commercial main activity differ in terms of the importance of the factors hindering the process: they are more averse to new technologies, more afraid of their usual positions, but perceive the financial aspects of the development to be less important.

    Since the regime change in Hungary, the main federal task has been to strengthen the small and medium-sized ventures. The size of the category plays an important role in the employment as well as in the GDP production. Those areas that make businesses strong and reduce the risk of their activities are in the center of attention in this hardly predictable economic era. One of those areas is the views and methods of controlling which is still hardly adoptable to most of the CEOs in businesses. The introduction and the use of these operations give concrete results within a relatively short period of time, making the decision makers’ job easier at the companies. The study includes the examined SMEs, the design of business characteristics, the valuation of suppliers and customers, the production and the prime costs of the service.     Households are characterised by diff erent life cycles with diff erent income structures and expenses. They have to be considered and planned in ti me, so that their fi nancial background can be ensured. Regarding effi ciency households are able to make their opti mal choices from diff erent alternati ves on the basis of their own system of objecti ves. In many cases households are unable to make these eff ecti ve decisions, which is usually due to the low level of their fi nancial culture. There are certain points in people’s lives when it is useful to have a large amount of savings. One of these points is the old age when people cannot earn a suffi cient amount of money. The other one takes place when someone starts his or her career or a family and when they make a living so as to be able to support themselves. One alternati ve of household life cycles is to set up their own business and operate it. Even during the operati on of  interprises we can diff erenti ate several life cycles. Households taking up enterprises are usually able to plan the necessary fi nancial background to launch their businesses and to prepare business plans for a profi table operati on as well as adjust them to changes, which is not an easy task. In our research we write about savings and we describe their roles in given life cycles. This writi ng includes some important elements of our research.

Although they have no controlling department they need the fast information flow to support their business processes and to base their decisions aiming for a profitable operation and a sustainable liquidity.
