  The efficiency and performance of logistics, and thereby business operations, increasingly depend on decentralized and tamper-proof records for managing transactions and data flows. For these reasons, the use and professional implementation of blockchain technology (BCT) has become essential to preserving the competitiveness of the digital and globalized economy. My aim was to examine the collaboration networks of articles on blockchain in logistics published in recent years, and to identify the key studies that may prove fundamental. Data was collected from the Web of Science scientific database in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines. The results were visualized using the VOSviewer bibliometric analysis software. As a result of the screening process, I analyzed 32 relevant studies in detail. I found that the United Kingdom and China play leading roles in this field, with several research groups contributing simultaneously to the scientific outcomes. Based on keyword analysis, a total of five clusters were identified, each representing distinct research areas.

  In this study, I examine how player rights should be accounted for under domestic regulations, international standards and the UEFA Club Licensing regulations. My aim is to identify the similarities and differences between these systems, with a particular focus on the determination of the initial cost of player rights, their measurement and their derecognition. The findings of the analysis are intended to provide guidance for sports organisations on how to implement these rules in practice.

• Társadalmi felelősségvállalás a palánkon innen: a CSR helye és szerepe a magyar jégkorongban

  A vállalati társadalmi felelősségvállalás (CSR) elméleti megalapozottsága és gyakorlati alkalmazása az elmúlt évtizedekben számottevően fejlődött a világ különböző sportágazataiban. Ugyanakkor a CSR sportágspecifikus implementációja – különösen a jégkorong esetében – továbbra is fragmentált, és földrajzi régiónként (Észak-Amerika, Európa) eltérő intenzitással valósul meg. A magyar jégkorong sportszervezetek esetében a téma kutatottsága csekély, és hiányzik az a komplex, empirikus alapú elemzés, amely feltárná a hazai CSR gyakorlatok jellegét, motivációs hátterét, illeszkedését a nemzetközi tendenciákhoz. E hiányosságra reagálva a kutatás célja, a CSR koncepció jégkorongban betöltött helyének és szerepének hazai vizsgálata. A vizsgálat alapját a Magyar Jégkorong Szövetség honlapján elérhető nyilvános adatbázis (76 tagszervezet) képezte. Az online kérdőíves adatfelvétel során a szervezetek 63%-a szolgáltatott értékelhető választ. A CSR koncepció szervezeti stratégiába való integrációja a hazai jégkorongban jelenleg alacsony szintű. Bár CSR aktivitások kimutathatók, a koherens CSR struktúra többnyire hiányzik.

• Healthcare close to home – a path to more accessible treatment

  The research details the current challenges of primary care in Hungary, with a particular focus on human resource shortages, underfunding and their consequences. It highlights that the financial remuneration and working conditions of health care workers directly affect the quality of care and patients' trust in the system. The current system does not encourage young people to choose a career in health care, especially in general practice, which can lead to serious long-term care problems. The role of education and training should be highlighted: there is a need to increase university places, to ensure supply and to increase retraining opportunities to ensure that there is a sufficient supply of professionals in the future. Funding for home-based specialist care and care close to home is key to achieving cost-effective and patient-centred healthcare. Without structural reforms, more flexibility in the legislative environment and targeted financial expenditure, the current situation could deteriorate further. Health policy therefore has a crucial role to play in achieving sustainable and people-centred care.
