    In Hungary, the emergence of a talent market for organizations is due to the growing demand for talented workers. The talent's definition, the exploration of the factors affecting the talent market's demand and his supply are necessary to the overview. With the emergence of the talent market, we will also carry out an important analysis of the changes in the labor market in Hungary as well as the shortage of labor shortages. In the labor market today, different generations are present, who have different expectations for their employer and work environment. The lack of skilled workers is attempted by organizations with different methods. One of these is the ability of companies to become a talent-magnet, resulting in a higher number of employees in their area of activity. In areas where labor shortages are high, more and more attention is paid to automating processes. During the research, I worked on the related literature and studies to determine the factors influencing the talent market.

    Today the tourism is without doubt strategic of importance in the world. In Hungary's case can be related, that contributes to the performance of the economy largely, and its role is very important in the employment, too. Because of national economic weight it is suitable to analysing, but for the sake of complexity the consideration of economic performance, competitiveness exceptionally complicated task. The two sections are attached most directly, the performace is measurable through the accomodation service and hospitality. Present study does not intend to measure the performance of whole tourism section, the aim is from a corporate side, measure the corporate competitiveness from accountancy datas, the examination of part.     Transaction Costs (TC) is a very important topic, especially in a changing work environment which has a large number of operational firms, and increasing business growth. The aim of this paper is to shed light on the transaction costs concept, and provide a conceptual framework to understand the meaning of transaction costs. Publications including articles and research papers have explained the notion of transaction costs and the theoretical issues related to them. The literature review reveals that, transaction costs are costs which arise because of the of a company‘s activities in the market , including (fees, commission, taxes) which are paid by the firm to provide a service or produce a good either to external parties or as internal costs. Therefore, according to the literature review. It emerges that firms must make a comparison between internal and external transaction costs and choose the lowest cost which enables them to increase profits. This means companies have to reduce transaction costs to the minimum level to achieve more profits and competitive advantage.

    Nowadays we are struggling with many environmental issues that require up-to-date environmental specialists. Amongst the causes of environmental problems, long-standing industrial companies are dominant, for which, on the one hand, the assessment and elimination of existing environmental damage and prevention can be the goal. Universities would be able to provide the necessary knowledge and skills with appropriate educational and research programs. In the research we carried out a comprehensive study of environmental engineering education programs of Hungarian higher education institutions. We analysed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the various educational programs. In addition, on the basis of the analysis we made suggestions on the possible directions of the development of the environmental engineering training.

Such an area for employees is the workplace. Protection of employee health and safety has for a long time been a non-transferable (objective) obligation and responsibility for employers in Europe. Connections between health and the workplace have however extended far beyond the traditional aspect of safety and health at work. Developing a health-conscious organisational behaviour means a challenge for many Hungarian companies; the model described in this study assists them in both diagnosing their current situation and choosing the appropriate course, method and tools for development.

  • Strategic Role of Environmental Factors in the Operation of a Manufacturing Company: A Synthesis of Three Analytical Models

    Nowadays, the operations of companies are influenced by increasingly complex internal and external factors, the systematic examination of which is essential for conscious strategy-making. The relevance of this study lies in the context of global economic instability, rapid technological advancement, and intensifying market competition, all of which present new challenges for organizations. The aim of the research is to demonstrate how the analysis of environmental factors can support strategic decision-making, with particular emphasis on a specific company case. The analysis was based on three established methods—PESTEL analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model, and the SWOT framework—which together enabled an integrated examination of macro- and micro-environmental factors as well as internal resources. The results highlighted several key strengths of the company, such as professional expertise, international presence, and the quality of customer relationships, while also identifying several areas in need of improvement, particularly in terms of pricing strategy, digital information accessibility, and internal communication. The novelty of the study lies in the combined application of the three analytical tools, which revealed interrelated insights and served as the basis for well-founded recommendations aimed at enhancing strategic flexibility and strengthening competitiveness.

  • Business Process Development with the Application of Simulation Technique

    The object of our work to increase production efficiency with the use of cost-efficient development tools at a Hungarian small enterprise. We apply data gathering techniques besides process modelling and diagnostic methods to reduce the total process time of the assembly process so as to induce cost reduction in the production. In this respect we investigate and rank root causes of wastes by cost-effective process development tools, like timebased FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) as well as the 5 whys method. With the use of Monte-Carlo simulation companies can evaluate the change in the process, therefore, they can decide whether they want to carry out corrective measures or not. The accomplished changes can generate increasing competitive edge in the long run.

The paper includes a brief history of the tech and how it differs to the virtual reality. The main goal is to understand how augmented reality is being used in logistics to innovate and enhance services. It refers to how courier and freight companies are taking advantage of this technology to upgrade the warehouses, transportation and enhance value added services. It also analyses how the retail market is modernizing its stores and is using mobile applications for online shopping. Using augmented reality has overall pros and cons and even though is a technology on its early stages it shows a great potential to revolutionize the supply chain in its totality.

  • Study of the University Electronic Games E-sports League and Its E-sports Players

    E-sports are competitive video games coordinated by different leagues and organisations. E-sports players belong to teams or different managements, which are sponsored by various economic companies and establishment. In the beginning, only offline and then online competitions were organised, and nowadays an offline final takes place in sports halls at the end of an online qualification round. The primary objective of the present research is to study the e-athletes participating in the University Electronic Games (UEG) e-sports competition.  In addition to the e-sports players, I consider it important to examine the tournament itself, how the players interviewed rate it and what motivated them to participate again. I conducted an online questionnaire survey among the participants of the three seasons of the UEG online tournament organised by the University of Debrecen. UEG is the largest university e-sport tournament in Hungary in terms of its number of participants, which is why it was selected for the study. The participants in the study are motivated to compete in order to achieve success and enjoy competing to win, for them e-sports is a self-fulfilment. They keep up to date with national e-sports news and competitions through social media and the university mailing system. In general, the participants rate the UEG e-sports championship highly. The organisers need to improve the organisation of the tournament and their preparedness to run a tournament of this size. Their strengths are their helpfulness and their accurate and precise information about the tournament.

    Main topic of this paper is business coaching which is an individualized leadership development tool working with actual challanges of leaders through developing and transforming from good to great. By using coaching in organizational level traditional and innovative organizational cultures can be radically changed. The change is possible because under the influence of coaching there are strong engagement in individual level. Coaching results growing creativity and efficiency in planning and implementation in organizational level, and behaviourial changes in individual level at the same time. It has positive effects on people’s motivation, because they have time and space for doing and living changes, it doesn’t need revolutionary changes from them. Aim of this paper to analyze and show application of coaching approach in organizational level through examples of companies.

    Literature highlights the immense potential of Corporate Philanthropy (CP) for generating social and economic benefits. The debate on economic benefits align corporate philanthropy with the business bottom line arguing that it can be a significant determinant of corporate financial performance. This research is intended to extent this debate by providing sector specific perspective through analyzing the sample of Pakistani public listed textile companies. Results of the study show that corporate philanthropy has a significantly positive relationship with Return on Assets (ROA) but with Return on Equity (ROE) the relationship is found to be insignificant. The previous year’s financial performance moderates the relationship between CP and ROA but the interaction effect for ROE is insignificant.

    The companies’ most important goal is the satisfaction of consumers’ needs and the profitmaking. But nowadays the companies have to deal with the activity of corporate social responsibility, too. Therefore it can be interesting to research about the next questions: can ethics be taught? Do we have to teach ethics in the schools and especially in the business schools? What are the students’ attitudes toward the social responsibility? Are students sensitive and open-minded connection with this issues? The aims of the study were to examine responsible management attitudes among business students at the University of Debrecen (Faculty of Economics and Business). We draw their CSR pyramid (based on Carroll model) and present their opinion in reference to business education’s role in social issues.

    To achieve the strategic objectives of the management of a company, has to monitor and coordinate continuously the tasks of the employees, they have to do to reach the targets. In this action, sometimes the management of the company has to make corrections in the work and motivations of the employees. This article presents a case study carried out on a medium-sized companies working on the light industry field. It presents a new motivation system for the employees to increase up those products, for those who are at the bottom of the producing rankings of the company, moreover to develop their performance to reach the average level. Here has to be mentioned that, the employees at the bottom of the performance rankings producing under the average levelobligates totally the same amount of circulating and standing capita of the company, lead to the intervention of the management. The norm based requirements within the framework of the production system were completed to provide the more efficient working of the employees, besides strengthen their skills and their loyalties to their colleagues. As a result of the innovation of the performance management the product of the employees standing at he bottom of the rankings increased up considerably. It has manifested formerly in the decrease of the pointing error fixed to the personal monthly norm, moreover it showed the catching up of the employees standing at the bottom of the ranking to the middle. The case that the employees at the bottom get closer to the others in the middle of the ranking helped to contribute to achieve the strategic objectives of the management through reducing the average cost of the producing, since increasing the budget of the producing activities.

    The following paper analyzing the installation of industrial robotisation in sectors and regions, in addition carry out forcastings on historical data. In recent years, automation and the use of industrial robotics have increased exponentially in the manufacturing sector. Given that companies prioritize enhanced production efficiency, quality assurance, and safety, it is evident that substantial investment and implementation of automation continue to occur in manufacturing facilities worldwide. The number of industrial robots globally has been growing steadily since 2010. However, the rate of growth has slowed from 2020 onwards. The impact of the Covid-19 epidemic was still felt in 2020, but the deployment of industrial robots increased significantly in 2021. Global industrial robot deployment is projected to continue to grow in the coming years, although the rate of increase may vary between regions and countries. The analysis showed a number of differences between regions in the number and growth rate of industrial robot deployments. Asia and Australia are the largest markets for robots and the number of robots deployed is expected to continue to grow in the future. Europe is the second largest market and, although growing at a slower rate, industrial robot deployment is also increasing steadily. In the Americas, growth is slower than in other regions, but still increasing. Global growth trends suggest that there will be further growth in the coming years and that the deployment of industrial robots will become more widespread in different parts of the world.

    The starting point for the need for social responsibility is to combat the deterioration and destruction of social and environmental values. The social and economic factors induce both society and the economy, including companies, to prioritize their social role. Corporate responsibility needs to be incorporated into the company's strategy so that it can be more planned in the long term, since CSR can thus maximize its impact, ultimately leading to maximizing profits. To be able to develop a strategy, we must first look at the broader environment to which we can apply PEST analysis, by analyzing the social, legal, polo-social and social environment. To take a closer look at the company's narrower environment, we can use the SWOT analysis to identify the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and dangers. Based on these, the Hoshin Kanri method can be used to transform the company's own CSR strategy both short and long-term in order to become part of the corporate culture.

  • Talent Management in International Practice Through the Example of Europe and China

    The reason behind is that they have their own principles, strategic goals and industrial environment that they have to manage on daily bases. The current labour and talent shortage across Europe forces local companies to supply their demand of manpower from foreign countries – encouraged by the ’four freedoms’ of the EU. In consequence of the globalisation, we have to keep in mind that running a talent management system has its challenges. For instance, employees with different cultural background might have unconventional needs. Due to the cultural, demographical and economical differencies, we must know the structure of our labour force to use the most beneficial tools to induct, motivate or retain our human resource. The aim of this research is to analyze Europe’s and China’s talent management systems to reveal similarities and differencies between them and pick the most notable ones. From the point of comparison, analysing China would be important for European countries to discover further possibilities, as nowadays China has one of the most dynamically developing economy with enormous population behind. The primary result of the research is that deficiency of talent is irrespective of the size of the population and it causes difficulty in both European and Chinese fields, therefore it proves to be a real and general challenge needing attention at organizational level. Furthermore, identifying regional patterns considering peculiarities, the framework of talent management systems can be defined and be found summarised in the article.

  • Employment Practice of Persons with Disabilities and a Reduced Work Capacity in the Open Labour Market

    Based on the labour market situation of persons with disabilities and a reduced work capacity as an employee group we can claim that it is an employee group struggling with significant disadvantages. Their economic activity is behind thereof the population without disabilities and a reduced work capacity. According to the latest statistical data the employment level of persons with disabilities and a reduced work capacity is only around 18 per cent. The governments in power try to increase the economic activity of the affected employee group with both positive and negative incentive system laying stress on the field of primary open labour market. However, it is all unimaginable without changing the approach of the society and the business sphere, which can succeed through the legal regulation of equal opportunities, equal treatment and the prohibition of discrimination. By means of professional interviews carried out with company directors and HR directors of 3 examined companies operating in the Northern Great Plain region as well as case studies the article aims at exploring the attitude of market participants towards the employee group of persons with disabilities and a reduced work capacity, legal changes of recent years, the extent this group is employed and the obstacles that make their further employment more difficult.

  • Quality Development of a New Type Pharmaceutical Formulation

    The aims of companies to understand internal and external customer demands in order to improve their existing products and develop new ones. Product development aims at understanding customer demands that may influence the production of the product to be manufactured. As a first step in the process, the customer voice method was used to define demands with measurable parameters. A questionnaire survey was used to prioritise them, which were then compared and ranked using a preference matrix. Within the QFD method, technical parameters influencing the satisfaction of customer demands were determined. A correlation matrix was established and the relationship between the technical parameters was investigated. A competition analysis of technical parameters and customer demands was carried out. From the absolute and relative weights, it is easy to establish the order of the technical parameters, so that the most important parameter in terms of meeting the defined customer demands is the determination of the ratio of raw materials, and important parameters are chemical stability, pharmaceutical formulation and particle size.

    Noise emissions from rail transport are a major concern, as they affect both the environment and people's health and quality of life. Among the many sources of noise emissions, rail vehicles and infrastructure are a major factor. With regard to rail noise emissions, it can be concluded that noise effects are influenced by a number of factors. These factors include train speed, track condition, traction technology and the noise abatement methods used. The negative effects of noise exposure include sleep disturbance, stress and mental health deterioration. It also affects the quality of life of people in urban areas and property prices. It should be emphasised that reducing noise emissions from rail transport is key to creating a healthier and more sustainable urban environment. To achieve this, it is important to use modern noise abatement technologies, improve infrastructure and implement noise abatement actions effectively. Transport authorities and railway companies should work together to achieve a more noise-free rail transport, to improve people's quality of life and to protect the environment.
