ANALYSIS OF THE SPEECH PERCEPTION AND READING TECHNIQUES OF 3 AND 4 GRADE CHILDREN WITH LEARNING DISABILITY
87-107Views:269The current study focuses on the outstanding role of speech processing in the processes of reading and learning of reading. Its importance and actuality are the shaping attitudes of the special needs teachers because the study shows the causes of certain symptoms. We searched for the answer to the relationship between the speech and reading processes of 3rd and 4th-grade children with mild intellectual disabilities. We touched upon the aspects of perception, the functioning of text comprehension compared with sentence comprehension, and the different levels of reading. The experimental group consisted of 26 pupils and the control group consisted of 25 children. Both of the researched areas were studied by standardized methods: the speech process was studied by GMP-diagnostics and the reading by the reading paper of Meixner. The results show the serious delay of development of every studied level of speech processing which causes remarkable difficulty in the quality of reading and reading comprehension. All this information draws attention to the necessity of prevention and the development of speech perception in education.

There were a significant number of compulsory school children whose physical and mental condition did not allow them to attend public schools. For them, they also looked for opportunities at the international level that would help them become useful members of society. This was provided by the auxiliary school for disabled children. At the turn of the century, the need for this became clear not only to professionals, but also to the government. The pedagogical press of the turn of the century also dealt with the admission possibilities of these students, the training of their teachers, their teaching methodology, and their future employment opportunities.

47-63Views:190Practice-oriented teaching for children with mild intellectual disabilities is used interchangeably in the study, therefore the investigation presented in this study looks for the answer to how children evaluate a lesson in which they work with dramatic methods. Due to the comparison, three classes - a special education class, an integrative class, and a mainstream class - processed Aiszóposz: Mice and Cats using the methods of drama pedagogy. During the investigation, questionnaire data collection and participant observation were carried out. From the results, it can be concluded that the children in all three types of classes rated the lessons with drama pedagogical tools better.

THE APPEARANCE OF MASSAGE AS A SERVICE CATEGORY IN THE OFFER OF HOTELS IN THE NORTHERN GREAT PLAIN
21-32Views:295Background: Massage is one of the main categories of wellness tourism and is one of the most popular, so it is no accident that it is included in the hotel offerings. Research proves the effectiveness of massage and its benefits in the treatment of various injuries, diseases, reduction of pain, muscle tension, and anxiety. Not only does it have a positive effect on health, but it plays an important role in relaxation, so it is no coincidence that it is one of the most popular wellness services. Hotel guests include massage as an important factor in choosing a destination. Aims: Because of the importance of tourism in the Northern Great Plain, our research looked at the role that massage services play in the supply of elements in the region's 3-5 star hotels. We surveyed 50 hotels (18 three-star, 31 four-star, 1 five-star) through a questionnaire and website analysis for their services and offerings. Results: Our results showed that the majority of the examined hotels have massage services, although to varying degrees. The most common types of massage are refreshing, vitalizing massage, foot massage, Swedish massage, aromatherapy massage, and relaxing, stress-relieving massage, but there are also many special types of massage. Conclusion: The conclusion of our research is that experience, pampering, and health consciousness appears not only in the factors influencing people's choice of the resort but also in the offerings of hotels.

This is also true for Hungary and the Northern Great Plain region, where the availability of therapeutic and thermal water is a priority factor (Müller & Könyves, 2006; Müller & Kórik 2009; Michalkó & Rácz 2011; Löwei 2017). The further development towards accessible tourism, even for a long-standing, well-established destination in health tourism is to be considered, in order service providers not only could strengthen their existing position but also open up to new markets and consumer groups (Mosonyi et. al. 2013, Lengyel 2015). The understanding and implementation of strategies for new consumer groups include the product and service evaluation based on individual leisure constraints.

TALENT AND EDUCATION IN THE CSR OF COMPANIES
53-69Views:121According to a broader definition offered by Kotler and Lee (2007, 10 p), the focus of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is on „selecting an initiative that will do the most good for the social issue as well as the corporation”. Following this line of reasoning, the purpose of this study is to examine through the use of practical examples those activities of CSR that can be in connection with the category of special treatment. To be more specific, these are the CSR activities related to talent and education. The CSR activities of five companies were evaluated by performing a content analysis of their websites. The content analysis of the Sustainability reports and websites of the selected companies, supplemented with the latest company news of 2015 and the first 6 months of 2016, has opened the door to the preparation of a wide-spectrum activity inventory on the CSR areas related to talent and education. In this way, the aim of this study has thus been fulfilled.

SITUATION OF CONVICTED PRISONERS WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITY IN PENALTY INSTITUTIONS IN HUNGARY
63-71Views:191The study seeks to answer the situation of convicts with physical disabilities living in penitentiary institutions in Hungary. The aim of the dissertation is to present a case of ethical issues in addition to the exploration of the relevant legislation and environmental conditions. Recently there has been a growing need for prison staff to provide appropriate, cultured, special accommodation conditions for prisoners with physical disability showing that punishment is only deprivation of liberty and nothing more. Disability in itself should not be an additional punishment during the enforcement of verdicts. The case of the convicted person with physical disability presented also supports this statement.

A THEORETICAL PERSPECTIVE ON THE THERAPEUTIC ROLE OF CHILDREN'S FOLK SONGS
75-81Views:161Starting from the idea that treating a problem is done more efficiently when we address the causes that generated it than when dealing with symptoms, respectively from theories that claim that most of the mental disorders have their roots in the mother-child relationship developed in the early childhood, through the paper entitled A Theoretical Perspective on the Therapeutic Role of Children's Folk Songs we intend to argue the more use of songs from children's folklore in music therapy. Thus, in the first part of the paper, we bring to the attention of the main theories that demonstrate the importance of the mother-child relationship from the early childhood in order to a healthy evolution of the child from the point of view of its psychic development, with special emphasis on their expression through vocal singing. In the second part of the study, we propose to approach the defense mechanisms from the perspective of the positive functions that it performs in the case of normal persons, as a defense mechanism and defense behavior. In the third part of the paper, we present an analysis of the repertoire of songs from the children's folklore from the perspective of the content of ideas, of the structure of the melodic line, of the specific rhythms, as a mirror of the relationships that children develop with themselves and with others, in particular with my mother. In the fourth part of the paper, we argue the use of songs from children's folklore in music therapy in order to trigger certain memories from the first childhood so that the traumas that have not been overcome are then treated properly. The paper concludes with some final considerations.

This service was designed to accomplish the rules of semantic Web and component-based design. The important milestones of the birth process of e-signature are described in our other paper, Electronic signature. The services of Electra Signature are described in this study. Thanks to the semantic Web infrastructures Electra can cooperate with other semantic Web-based applications, for example, FOAF using as a digital business card. We also inspected the laws of e-signature and we shared these with you in the previously mentioned study to help to create well-formed agreements.
We would like to absolutely highlight the importance of special needed people' help options such as Electra service. Thanks to the Ügyfélkapu they can easier use e-signature than the general certificate-based solution.
