SIBLING CARE - SIBLINGS CARING FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES
111-121Views:544The increasing life expectancy of adults with intellectual disabilities has raised new questions and challenges for families. Depending on the severity of their condition, people with intellectual disabilities need support from their families and environment to vary degrees throughout their lives. They depend on their family members, which addiction is a new problem as parents get older, and care will be the responsibility of siblings who are already living independent lives, sometimes geographically far away. Sibling care should be interpreted differently than when it is performed by a parent or a paid carer, it is more emotionally complex, its content and direction are diverse. We know not too much about sibling caregivers, we only have hypothetical answers to the questions based on a small number of studies or research in similar areas. This paper aims to provide an overview of the situation and motivations of adults who care of and take responsibility for their siblings with intellectual disabilities, and of their role and interaction of the various influences that help them understand. Getting to know siblings is necessary in order for the support system of the special education and social policy to adapt properly to the situation of the - unfortunately - barely ‘visible’ population.

Theory of the Diversity of Alternative Music Pedagogy Methods
67-75Views:82Our music education is based on the concept of Zoltán Kodály and the methodological guidance of Katalin Forrai in early childhood, which is an indispensable foundation and support for Hungarian music education. The method uses fundamental values to develop children's musical skills and abilities. At about the same time, music teachers throughout Europe were engaged in reforming the structure and methodological tools of music teaching. Among these music teachers, I would like to highlight the pedagogy of Dalcrose, Orff, Willems and Freinet, who successfully applied early childhood music education and the development of children with special educational needs in their programmes. Based on their pedagogy and methods, they agreed on the following principles: musical education should start as early as possible, continuous musical activity (singing, rhythm, listening, movement, improvisation, instrument, listening) should be given priority, and in addition to age-specific characteristics, adequate emphasis should be given to individual talents, since the uneven development of psychic abilities can lead to differences in levels within a single age group over several years. Music can develop empathy and social skills. Through rhythms and harmonies, the development of large and fine movements can be achieved. It is beneficial for thinking, creativity, self-expression and the development of the sense of self. Music improves well-being, concentration and actively helps to develop attention. It leads to openness and flexibility. It also has a powerful effect on speech, imagination and improvisation skills. That is why we can use music for healing and developmental purposes. There is a long line of research that proves that the earlier in life you start to develop, develop or correct your personality through music, the earlier you should start.

FACTORS OF PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT IN RELATION TO CHILDREN’S BEHAVIORAL SYMPTOMS
7-25Views:154In our study, the features of contact between parents and teachers and the particular patterns they take were examined in connection with children’s behavioral symptoms. With cluster analysis, seven clearly analyzable patterns of contact were identified, the two most frequent of which (unifacial and formal) do not favor problem solving, nor provide parental satisfaction.
Two patterns (flexible and adaptive) proved to be the most satisfying and the most effective. Children’s symptoms (social problems, anxiety, somatization, attention deficit, deviant behavior, aggressivity) are significantly related to the quality of parent-teacher contact. In the case of the less favorable and less effective contact forms, parents report more behavioral symptoms, while in the case of the flexible, adaptive, emotionally satisfying, and effective problem-solving contact forms, there are fewer symptoms. These results draw attention to important tasks on many levels: to work out operable patterns of parent-teacher contact, to better understand the role and tasks of teacher training, and the need to involve experts to assist in developing parent-teacher contact, which is also indispensable in terms of helping and developing children and their mental health.

THE PLACE OF THE GYPSY LANGUAGE IN PUBLIC EDUCATION
73-81Views:154The Hungarian gypsy population is not only varied from the social, cultural, and ethnic side, but also from the lingual viewpoint. The education, health, the situation of the labour market, and the social sciences discourses are continuously in connection with the Gypsy people. At the same time, the examination of the gypsy language and the use of gypsy language can only be the interest of a narrow professional circle, while the phases of gradual language changes, language retention, and loss, or the language policy issues are showing particular problems. We are talking about a language that has been able to preserve its origins, besides the forced lingual and ethical assimilation. In our country, the form of national upbringing and education is always really closely related to educational policy. In my opinion, every student in the educational institutions is enriched with the knowledge of other nationalities' cultures and language, as they have the opportunity for studying it. During the statistical analysis, we looking for answers to the question of whether this relationship can be traced between the territorial distribution of Roma Gypsies and the schools of Gypsy nationality education.

Cultural Resistance and Collective Memory: The Impact of Nationalism of the Vargas Dictatorship on Hungarian Heritage in Jaraguá Do Sul - SC
71-82Views:50This work encompasses an analysis of the dictatorship experienced in Brazil between 1937 and 1945, during the Estado Novo (New State), the government of Getúlio Vargas, when there was an attempt to consolidate a fictitious homogeneity in the country, especially regarding culture. In a country where layers of different cultural influences converge, making it rich, unique, and celebrated for its diversity, cultural heritage is of extreme importance. During this period, in a contradictory manner, through repression and adaptation of culture to fit the interests of the State, the period witnessed censorship and sometimes even the forgetting of cultural heritages that somewhat conflicted with the interests of the regime at the time. The issues that emerge are related to the impact of nationalism in the face of the repression of the expression of different cultures, through documentary research in primary sources, including publications in local newspapers and testimonials from descendants of the local community about the collective memory of the repression of the cultural expression of immigrants in the southern region, finally reaching the feelings generated that resonate to this day. The analysis reached a possible rupture and distortion of the collective memory, indicating how nationalism shaped and still shapes imagined communities. Amidst a discussion that also presents an analysis of the role of nationalist discourses in architecture and its homogenization.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ETHICAL LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW
101-112Views:261This paper's goal is to develop an appropriate systematic literature review of the research that has investigated how ethical leadership affects employees' performance within an enterprise. The growth of multinational corporations provides a new dimension to the investigation of leadership that takes into account the effect of diverse country cultures. This systematic literature review analyzed publications and articles published within the last decade (2009- 2020). Based on the overall research of the 19 analyzed studies top managers, leaders, and supervisors are supposed to set a good example for their team members and employees by modeling ethical behavior. The effectiveness of top managers and leaders on employees and their performance has been thoroughly investigated in many research. All hypotheses were supported by the data collected from 19 papers, which showed that ethical leadership improves employees' in-role job performance. These findings have important research and practical consequences. Additionally, since ethical leadership is seen to be essential in enhancing the accepted business strategy in the achievement of organizations’ objectives and goals, this research will concentrate on the effects of an ethical leadership style on the performance of employees.

SOCIOCULTURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ROMA COMMUNITY OF TISZABERCEL AND PATTERNS OF BEHAVIOR RELATED TO SCHOOLING
133-149Views:98The current paper intends to present the empirical results related to one element of a complex pedagogical anthropological research. In the course of our research, we analyzed how the educational characteristics of Roma families in the Romungro community of Tiszabercel interact with other factors influencing school progress. We tried to map the extent to which certain sociocultural factors (educational level, workplace, housing conditions, gender and age) influence parents' attitudes towards school. Regarding the methodological apparatus of our research, we relied on qualitative research methods. In addition to field research and participant observation, we conducted semi-structured interviews (n=12) with parents belonging to the local Roma community.

SPECIAL TREATMENT OF THE CSR
27-41Views:131According to a broader definition offered by Kotler and Lee (2007, 10 p), the focus of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is on „selecting an initiative that will do the most good for the social issue as well as the corporation”. Following this line of reasoning, the purpose of this study is to examine through the use of practical examples those activities of CSR that can be in connection with the category of special treatment. To be more specific, these are CSR activities are related to the treatment of persons with a physical or mental disability and the treatment of people with reduced capacity to work. When it came to reviewing the activities of the selected companies, the CSR activity of Hungarian Affiliate of a global pharmaceutical company (company1) was considered as base. The CSR activities of the four other companies and company1 were evaluated by performing a content analysis of their websites. Due to the diverse sources of information, the news of 2015 and the press releases available on their websites were analyzed separately. The content analysis of the Sustainability reports and websites of the selected companies, supplemented with the latest company news, has opened the door to the preparation of a wide-spectrum activity inventory on the CSR areas related to the treatment of persons with a physical or mental disability and the treatment of people with reduced capacity to work.

IMPROVEMENT OF FINE MOTOR SKILLS IN CEREBRAL PARETIC PATIENTS
79-85Views:272The aim of this review is to give an overview of the ADL functions in children and young adults with cerebral palsy and our planned studies. For measuring the ADL functions, the Functional Independence Measure (FIM) and the Functional Independence Measure for Children (WeeFIM) will be used. The hand functions will be analyzed by the Quality of Upper Extremity Skills Test (QUEST). The fine motor skills of the hand will be revealed by using the selected subtests of the Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency (BOT-2). Based on the outcomes of the measures, a complex therapeutic protocol will be implemented including the elements of the ergo and manual therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and piano therapy. It is anticipated that the complex therapy adapted to individual needs will result in significant improvement in the ADL functions in disabled children and young adults.

SAYAW NG BATI: A PERSPECTIVE ON TRANSCULTURATION OF THE SPANISH COLONIAL HERITAGE IN THE SOUTHERN TAGALOG REGION OF THE PHILIPPINES
173-188Views:936Just like other dances that developed during the Christianization of the Philippines, the Sayaw ng Bati (Dance of Greeting), a dance performance conducted during the dawn of Easter Sunday in the Southern Tagalog Region, is a byproduct of transculturation, a process where the subordinate culture (the colonized) selects certain cultural items in the dominant culture (the colonizer) that fits their contexts and preferences. This paper then aims to elucidate how transculturation occurred in the Philippines that dramatically altered the precolonial heritage of the Filipino people during the Spanish colonization of the country. Using a variety of sources from reputable Filipino scholars in the field of cultural anthropology and dance, the precolonial and Spanish colonial experiences were reviewed and contrasted to understand how transculturation happened in Philippine society and to look for parallels between the two historical contexts, which also affected how dance forms imported from Europe were perceived and developed through the ingenuity of Filipinos during the colonization of the archipelago.

IMPORTANCE AND IMPACT OF THE PREVENTION AND EARLY CHILDHOOD INTERVENTION IN LATER YEARS
53-65Views:666The term early childhood intervention (and prevention and development) refers to the specificities of child development and the professional environmental responses to them in the early years of life, which involve many sectors (public education, social, health, etc.) and many professional groups. The understanding of 'early childhood' itself has changed rapidly and now extends from the prenatal period, including the family planning/expansion period, to the child's entry into school. A new element in the system of care and support, in the policy strategies, is the prenatal period, the focus on the family, and the fact that support does not end when children start school. There is a need to design programs with a long-term impact in mind, to 'prepare' for events in later years and stages of life, and to assess the impact of the programs that are in place. The paper summarises some of the basic ideas of early childhood intervention and prevention in a way that takes them forward in time and points to their social impact.

NARRATIVE APPROACH IN THE HELPING RELATIONSHIPS
59-70Views:187The authors present a very flexible cogitative framework by using the narrative approach, which can be applied not only in a wide range of helping relationships but also in private life. They discuss the postmodern and the constructivist model which forms the basis for narrative psychology. Three cases are presented to demonstrate the potential of the method. In the first case, the narrative behind the behavior is easily detectable and can be altered in a simple manner, thus the problem can be solved. The second case encompasses a complex problem, and the instruments of narrative psychotherapy are presented here. The authors here emphasized the thoughtful use of linguistic instruments. The third case illustrates the possibility of multiple narratives for the underlying problems, and that choosing the right narrative determines the possibility for solutions. A person creates his/her own destiny when choosing the narratives, for which he/she bears the responsibility.

TIC DISORDER: SYMPTOMATIC TREATMENT OR UNCOVERING AND DISSOLVING PSYCHODYNAMIC PROCESSES
65-89Views:208This study focuses on tic disorders in childhood. Its topicality is due to the fact that while most of the latest studies on the topic have dealt with the visible symptoms from a biological and behaviorist point of view, this study presenting a case of a 6,5-year-old girl attempts to show how to reveal conflicts underlying tic disorders from a psychodynamic perspective. In the case of children, it is of crucial importance that interventions must focus not only on visible symptoms but also on dissolving tension behind them. After a complex theoretical overview of the topic, we try to give an answer to the following question in the testing period: what kind of intra- and interpersonal factors play a role in the manifestation of tic symptoms and other behavioral problems in the case of this particular child? To reveal these, we use psychodynamic projective tests. The results confirm severe emotional and interpersonal instability and internal factors of aggression and anxiety. With regard to the age and personal particularities, these justify dynamic psychotherapy. In the final section, our aim is to give some advice to parents and educators about how to handle children with tic disorders.
