THE IMPORTANCE OF PLAY - THE USE OF GAMES BY SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS TEACHER AND MAJORITY TEACHERS IN LESSONS
7-26Views:1157Nowadays, the priority task of pedagogy is to develop skills and basic competencies, because these are necessary for a successful teaching-learning process. In contrast to the traditional frontal education, which the learners treat as a passive recipient. The current education places more and more emphasis on exploration, action-based learning, and knowledge acquisition based on one's own experiences, which can be based on play and playful activity. Gameplays a key role in the development of skills and personality, so in this research, we examine the role of game in the teaching of typical and learning disabilities children. During the study, we used an online questionnaire, which was sent to special educational needs teachers and the majority of teachers working in schools in Hajdú-Bihar and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg counties (N = 102 people). The distribution of the answers was even for each grade and school type, so we were able to form groups of 25 and 26 people. Our results reflect a different teaching method because special educational needs teachers use games much more often in their work and spend much more time on them compared to the majority of teachers. Special educational needs teachers attribute much more developmental effects to the game, so they use it more often in upper grades as well. The majority of teachers are dominated by info-communication tools, while special educational need teachers use several self-made tools. In terms of methods, teachers consider differentiation to be paramount, followed by an illustration and cooperative learning, while playing came in fourth place.

27-41Views:151The main objective of the paper is to present students who are members of those kinds of Roma Colleges for Advanced Studies which headquarters can be found in Debrecen. This is framed by a 2019 research that consisted of three parts. Based on the results of a questionnaire survey of the students of the three Roma Colleges for Advanced Studies operating in Hajdú Bihar county, an interview with the leaders of the three Colleges for Advanced Studies, and concerning the student questionnaire survey, we visited the high schools from which two or more students came to the Colleges for Advanced Studies, as such interviews were carried out with nine school principals and six mayors. In this study, we present interviews conducted by the school principals. Where it is possible, we rely on the responses received in each part of the research – we compare and analyze them. We primarily sought the answer to the question of how Roma Colleges for Advanced Studies help Roma students to be admitted in tertiary education. Based on the answers received, it can be claimed that the Colleges strive to keep in touch with the secondary schools, and in some cases, they involve students and their teachers in the programs organized by them. There is no program that specifically aims to help secondary students concerning the admission of tertiary education The Colleges for Advanced Studies help roma students mainly by providing information. They try to dispense the information through the personal involvement of the students.

MANIFESTATION OF AGGRESSION IN THE CREATIVITY TESTS
43-55Views:443Although the research of interaction of aggression and creativity dates back to the beginning of the early 1900, the possibility of creativity tests to use to examine aggression is novel. In the present study (as a pre-study of long-term research which aimed to create and validate an aggression index) we focus on frequency and correlations of aggressive responses which manifest in creativity tests. Methods. We analyze the differences and correlations of a number of aggressive responses which were given to stimuli the Unusual Uses and the Circle test (verbal and nonverbal creativity tests; N = 356 people). According to our results, the numbers of aggressive responses to the different stimuli of creativity tests: a) are significantly different (p<0,001), b) do not correlate with each other widely (max r=0,414), c) depend on sample-variables of gender and age. In the case of creativity tests, we think it is possible to elaborate on a special aggression index, but during this work, we have to consider the results of this study.

FINANCIAL, SOCIAL AND SPORTING ASPECTS OF DEAF SPORTS WORLDWIDE
71-83Views:345There is a dynamic increase in the number of international sports competitions aimed at deaf athletes. More than 50 World and European championships are held every year in various sports disciplines. The participation and number of deaf athletes delegated to these sports competitions depend on the budget available to national sports federations (NSFs) of deaf athletes. Many times, NSFs have been forced to withdraw from participation in a competition owing to a lack of financial resources. In numerous countries, NSFs have to conduct online fundraising dedicated to their representatives’ involvement in sports competitions. The authors reviewed the source materials on the internet on financing the sport of the hearing impaired. No scientific articles covering the funding aspect of national sports federations in the world were found. The authors relied on financial documents provided by the NSF (Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain) and on websites indicated by these federations. The aim of the article was to characterize selected national organizations gathering deaf athletes from Europe, Asia and Oceania, and North America in terms of the budget they had at their disposal in years 2013–2017, the number of athletes associated in the NSF, and the number of Olympic competitors and the country’s medal position during the 2013 and 2017 Deaflympics. An overview of NSF websites with reference to “annual reports”, “financial reports”, “financial statements”, “newsletter”, “national teams of”, “number of athletes of”, demonstrated numerous deficiencies in the transparent presentation of the financial situation of NSFs. The content of NSF activity reports also provides limited information on the number of athletes and clubs associated in these federations. The article constitutes an introduction to a discussion on the financing aspects and development of deaf people’s sport worldwide.
