The entrepreneurial willingness and motivations of university students
90-102Views:269In recent decades, the concepts of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship have become key players in modern economic development and have received increasing attention both in the European Union and in our country. At present, the SME sector accounts for more than half of the workforce, which is why it is important to monitor their development and performance, as they have a significant impact on the performance of the domestic economy, and thus entrepreneurship and the promotion of entrepreneurial activities are a priority economic policy issue, and can contribute significantly to economic growth, job creation and the competitiveness of the country. As a result of our research on entrepreneurship and its determinants, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship depends on a number of factors, including personal characteristics, attitudes, motivations, educational and cultural background, economic and legal environment, market opportunities and challenges. The results show that more than 90 percent of university students have a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship and nearly 10 percent of them already have a business during their university years. Among the personal motivational factors, the most common responses from those surveyed were financial security, self-fulfilment and social recognition and challenge. This suggests that university students perceive self-employment as more stable than employment. The high influencing factors of self-fulfilment and challenge factors clearly show that university students are not self-employed by necessity, but would start a business for a good business opportunity, to achieve their own plans and goals. The most negatively influencing factors for starting a business according to respondents are financial risk, lack of start-up capital and lack of information, all of which could be addressed by government grants and start-up tenders and other funding opportunities. Despite the fact that the vast majority of students are open to starting a business, very few are aware of the public grants and other funding opportunities available to support entrepreneurship. When asked whether they would like to receive information on starting a business or developing a business idea in the future, nearly 90% of students would like to receive information in the context of compulsory university courses, optional courses and dedicated events.

Start-up Soluti ons in the Field of Product Liability, Insurance, and Agribusiness
123-128Views:138Many companies do not realise even today that the acquisiti on of adequate insurance cover has become a separate profession. The largest companies employ a special, so-called ‘risk manager’, who has extensive experti se and considerable experience on the basis of which he considers, analyses, compares various opti ons and makes decisions bearing in mind the interests of his company. The three quarters of agricultural products are semi-fi nished products or processed food products; therefore the Product Liability Act can be interpreted more easily in the case of agricultural products. I am convinced that preference is given to those companies and products that meet the strict criteria and have been given a clean product certi fi cati on, which means that they are polluti on-free products and have a product liability insurance.

The Responsibility of Accounting Service Providers
144-152Views:260It is a natural demand in each sector of economy to recognise the errors which threaten effective and produci ve operai on, to disclose cause and eff ect relai onships, to draw the lessons and define responsibility. In stagnai ng economy and crisis period the tendencies searching responsible are fastening, the complex examinai on of the scope of the problems are mostly failed to come about, at er marking and proclaiming the scapegoat only partial solutions born, and because of different interest a signifi cant number of problems remain unsolved. Arising positive effects on the level of macroeconomy in some cases exert negative influence to microsphere, so during searching for solutions – besides analysing processes - it is inevitable to examine also their generated, sometimes cumulating effects. Spreading criticism in the last periods blamed bureaucracy, accounting service system and its forecasi ng ability to explain low level of economic growth. Finding way-out methods are aimed at the question if it is possible that – besides reduci on of bureaucracy - accountancy has an implement system which - above micro level line – can indicate approaching crisis also on the field of macroeconomy with more speed and effectiveness, giving enough i me and space for interveni on opportunii es. Approaches may start from numerous aspects, my study examine a possible part and some of its components.

Examination of sustainable consumer attitudes
14-24Views:672The topic of sustainability is known worldwide, as it tries to find a solution to a global problem. Its goal is to create and use alternatives when using inputs and outputs that cause less pollution, reducing the use of renewable and non-renewable resources provided by the Earth. The goal of sustainable development is to transform governmental, production, manufacturing, consumption, and other processes in such a way as to give the Earth a chance for long-term survival. The exponentially growing population and the ever-increasing consumption and overconsumption began to pollute our world at an even greater rate. It is enough to think about increased air smog pollution, desertification, polluted waters, or global climate change to realize how big a problem we are facing. Our primary research was based on a questionnaire survey, which tried to reveal the difference between the Hungarian and Spanish respondents about sustainable, but primarily environmentally conscious behavior. In this study, we focus only on the results of the Hungarian respondents (N=357) and present the individual consumer groups in terms of environmentally conscious behavior. Descriptive statistical analysis, principal component and cluster analysis were used for the study. From our research, it became clear that people filling in use several methods to reduce their individual pollutant emissions. In addition, it is considered the most important thing to start environmentally conscious education from an early age. Our results of the principal component analysis did not coincide with previous research results on the topic, but they showed similar patterns. In the present research, the dimensions were Eco-fit career awareness, Trend following, Selfless patriotic values, and Favorable company perception. Based on the cluster analysis, it can be said that there are not many people in the group most committed to sustainability goals, the Sustainable Conscious segment, however, unlike in recent years, there is a group strongly in favor of sustainability and domestic values, who appeared in larger numbers in our sample.

Views:2313In our today's modern society, the ability to handle economic and financial issues is becoming increasingly important. This is true for investment and banking professionals, but it is true for everyone who has to make responsible decisions in their daily lives, including young adults. The ability to make a good decision is commonly referred to as economic competence, economic literacy, or financial literacy. Defining and measuring financial literacy has long been cared by private, business and public institutions and organizations, both nationally and internationally. Financial education has already started in Hungary, in different sectors, with different actors. The Micropropagation of Cornus mas and Hippophae rhamnoides
105-112Views:140With the help of tissue culture techniques we managed to establish and maintain the shoot tip culture of Cornus mas and Hippophae rhamnoides. The aim of this study was to establish a practical method for the rapid and large scale multiplication of these species. We have applied various culture media (DCR, BTM). In terms of the hormone level BAP has proved to be the best. We managed to solve the start and the multiplication of cultures. Currently rooting experiments are being conducted.
