  According to Mancur Olson, organization of large groups providing collective goods would not be hampered in spite of free-rider problem if membership is compulsory and/or selective incentives are offered. As usually closed shop is illegal, it is a key question for economists why employees should join a trade union despite the costly membership fees, if they can benefit from public goods (such as higher wages, better working conditions, etc.) regardless of his or her

  Current environmental legislation, directives, and expectations of the stakeholders put increasing pressure on companies' sustainability efforts. Such efforts include applying life cycle analysis methods, resource-saving technologies, low-emission practices, and voluntary ecological rules. Digitization facilitates these efforts, and the forced situation created by the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the digital transformation process even more. Many companies were pressured to find solutions that legally and effectively bypass personal presence. Paper-based administration was restrained, giving hope for the broader spread of entirely paperless businesses. The study aims to present Hungarian companies' incentives for environmental protection and emphasize how paper-free offices are an essential milestone in sustainable development.

• Investigation of the trends related to the electric car industry

  Our World tries to modernize and make environmental friendly the car industry. Related to this the electric cars have been modernized significantly. As a result the efficiency and the demand of these types of cars have grown. Many domestic consumers would change their cars for an electric type, however their financial budget is not big enough to afford it. In the spirit of this the government created its own supporting system to help the consumers. In my investigation I compare the domestic and some other european supporting systems. In addition I show the pro and cons related the electromobility, the new market trends and I also show where the electric car industry stands.
