In this scientific work, the My Creative Idea (MIC) program was created and developed in the Coteminas S.A. textile industry, distributed among the organization's units in the country with emphasis on the São Gonçalo do Amarante unit in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. The aim was to critically analyze the improvements of industrial-scale processes resulting from the creativity and innovation intrinsically incorporated and experienced daily in the program. Thus, the general objective of the work was to evaluate the improvements in the productive processes coming from an innovation program in a textile industry, considering as specific propositions with respect to calculating the gains with reduction of losses, cost of implementation of ideas and measure financial returns and evaluate employee satisfaction according to the program. Moreover, there was free access in the company to be able to collect valuable information that could formalize a robust database for later structuring of the document, as well as the application of action research in the form of questionnaires. Therefore, the results verified clarified and emphasized the program's aggregating character to the organization in a general way under aspects that approach the financial spheres, the quality, and the satisfaction and motivation of the employees involved in this whole scenario. I suggest continuing to work on a continuous improvement methodology to further enhance My Creative Idea over the years, as well as insert this method of work to units that have not incorporated this program into their business strategies.

In our previous publications [1, 2], we described our vehicle dynamics simulation program which was developed in MATLAB environment. We also discussed its use for optimizing the technical parameters of electric driven vehicles. We detailed the model and simulation of the series wound DC motor which is part of the program. Besides, we described the experimental procedure by which we can determine the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor from the input parameters of the simulation program. In the present publication we deal with the determination of the dynamic characteristics of the motor (the moment of inertia of the rotor, bearing and brush resistance torques) experimentally. Knowing the above mentioned electromagnetic and dynamic characteristics, we can carry out the simulation of the motor and the results of the simulation can be compared to the results of the test measurements.

The pneumatic devices are frequently used in several fields of the industry but the losses and pressure
drops of the pneumatic system are not really investigated. These losses can cause great property damages during long uptime because the compressed air is a quite expensive energy source. I designed a measuring system which is able to measure the friction losses of electro-pneumatic 5/2-way valves (monostable and bistable too). It is possible to choose between manual and automatic operation modes as well. In the automatic mode the system makes measurements in three different user-defined pressure levels. In the manual mode the measuring pressure can be set between 2-6 bars. An automatic evaluate program is also an important part of the created system. It gives the possibility of the fast evaluation of the saved data and it could be the base of a fast report generating application.

  • Simulation of BLDC Motor Drive Systems for Electric Vehicles Using Matlab Simulink

The defining scientific developments of our time would not have been possible without the use of simulations. The aim of the research is to create a simulation of a BLDC motor. When creating a simulation, great emphasis must be placed on defining the purpose of the simulation. This basically determines the structure and complexity of the model. The model discussed here was created so that an optimization task could be defined more precisely by inserting it as a sub-model into a vehicle dynamics model. Scalability was another aspect, that is, to be able to increase the accuracy of the model with measured data in the future, as well as to be able to validate it. During the research, a BLDC motor efficiency map generation program was created, as well as an environment for testing the generated data. The created system gives researchers the opportunity to use a shape-correct efficiency model when simulating a BLDC motor even without measured data. This makes it possible to discover real relationships between model parameters when performing optimization.

  • Why do not people attend football matches in Hungary?

Both international and domestic research on passive sport consumption focuses on the motivations of fans. However in Hungary, unlike the examples of North America and Western Europe, we have to look for answers to the question of why people do not go to football matches. In order to find an answer to this question, we conducted an online survey with a number of items of 347 people. For the latter a scale measuring absence from sport consumption was used and the reliability of the scales was tested by Cronbach's alpha calculation. After our principal component analysis, we developed 5 internal and 5 external factors, on which we conduct hypothesis test along demographic and sports consumption variables. Based on our results, we have established that, contrary to public opinion, the low number of spectators in Hungarian football matches is not only and primarily due to unsucces and the low quality of matches. Our respondents are mostly kept away from stadiums by football-related government measures, as well as by preferring to participate in other recreational program opportunities.

Equestrian services appear in recreation, sports and tourism as well. The favorable natural and cultural values of Hungary and the image of the equestrian nation based on the traditions of the horse provide a favorable background for the development of supply elements. The lowland character and horse culture of the Northern Great Plain region, and the continuous development of horseback riding services here, reinforces the equestrian supply element in the field of sport and leisure. Our in - depth interviews were conducted among service providers with a “horseshoe rating” (N = 11) operating in the Northern Great Plain Region. The results show that all service providers consider and plan the development of equine, infrastructure and human resources, although the source of its financing is different (from state, other successful businesses, realized business results of equestrian enterprises). Equestrian service providers with no horseshoe rating have identified the improvement of quality, the 3, 4, and 5 horseshoe qualified service providers for the expansion of the complex program offering and product diversification.

  • How Does Public Debt Change when the Next Crisis Comes - and It Will Come!/the Expected Evolution of Greece's State Debt in the Next Crisis Period/

    Views:
    222

It has recently been announced that Greece may withdraw from the Euro-Zone permanent rescue fund's aid program because it has successfully met the conditions imposed on it. Creditors and credit qualifiers also agreed that the Greek economy was on a good growth path. That is why there is a chance that by 2030 the current sovereign gross debt of 182.7 per cent of GDP will fall to 123.3 per cent. The author finds this statement unfoundedly optimistic. He argues that the Greek debt ratio – despite the current optimum economic fundamentals – does not seem to be sustainable. He sees greater probability that in the near future it will again be necessary to release some of the Greek debt. Debt reduction will also mean a new orderly state bankruptcy. The study seeks to highlight how vulnerable and risked the sustainability of current Greek debt financing. Using a macroeconomic model, it shows and justifies how the Greek sovereign debt changes in the case of a crisis that is only half the extent of the previous subprime crisis. If this happens, by 2023, the state debt will rise to more than double the national product, and by 2030 only to the present, otherwise critical, level. It follows that the high risk of financing Greek state debt remains unchanged.

In market economies, the subject of scientific research is the extent to which the state can contribute to the sustainability of development. However, the question is to know where the boundaries of the market and the role of the state lie. The study briefly introduces different views of the state's economic role and how states have changed the proportion of their entrepreneurial assets. Among these, it highlights privatization, which is one of the significant segments of today's economic policy practice at both micro and macroeconomic levels. It then describes Brazil's economic circumstances that led to the formulation of a proper size privatization program. Finally, the socio-economic factors that, according to the author, make the realization of Brazilian privatization plans uncertain presented.
