THEORETICAL RELATIONS BETWEEN SPEECH PROCESSING AND NOTE-TAKING PROCEDURES
7-15Views:174This paper makes an effort to reveal the complex mechanisms by which the human brain operates when a person - by using various note-taking techniques - intends to create visible and lasting notes on spoken words, simultaneously with the speech (the contents of school or work presentations, or various discussions, etc.). This study describes the hierarchical procedure of speech processing (from hearing to perception), and also the parameters that may affect, impede, or perturb these operations.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES FROM LEARNING TO WORKING
17-26Views:403In our study, we discuss the problems of those people who live with Special Educational Needs (SEN). These are - in the beginning - connected to education (learning opportunities, ways to get professional qualifications), then to employability, and to getting a job. Besides all this, in the framework of Human Resource Management (HRM), we also study all the connotations and expectations which regard people who live with Special Educational Needs (SEN). In our opinion, special treatment is not discrimination, but t means equal judgment, support, and help, so it promotes integrating people into society and their development of feeling useful and valuable.

SPECIAL TREATMENT OF THE CSR
27-41Views:130According to a broader definition offered by Kotler and Lee (2007, 10 p), the focus of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is on „selecting an initiative that will do the most good for the social issue as well as the corporation”. Following this line of reasoning, the purpose of this study is to examine through the use of practical examples those activities of CSR that can be in connection with the category of special treatment. To be more specific, these are CSR activities are related to the treatment of persons with a physical or mental disability and the treatment of people with reduced capacity to work. When it came to reviewing the activities of the selected companies, the CSR activity of Hungarian Affiliate of a global pharmaceutical company (company1) was considered as base. The CSR activities of the four other companies and company1 were evaluated by performing a content analysis of their websites. Due to the diverse sources of information, the news of 2015 and the press releases available on their websites were analyzed separately. The content analysis of the Sustainability reports and websites of the selected companies, supplemented with the latest company news, has opened the door to the preparation of a wide-spectrum activity inventory on the CSR areas related to the treatment of persons with a physical or mental disability and the treatment of people with reduced capacity to work.

THE IQ-PARADOX
43-60Views:209The IQ-paradox: although the intellectual abilities are better and better of the new generations (it is the so-called Flynn-effect, the speed of intellectual growth is 3 IQ-point per decade), the average IQ stays 100 IQ-point in case of every generation. This article shows some factors in the background of IQ-paradox: concept, tests, and score-types of intelligence, and it demonstrates the absurd consequences of speed-rate of Flynn-effect. At last, this article gives an explanation of IQ-paradox.

MATHEMATICAL STATISTICAL BACKGROUND OF ONE SAMPLED LONGITUDINAL STUDY OF DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES
63-72Views:206This paper offers methodological guidance to the mathematical-statistical analysis of one sampled longitudinal study of development programs. After summarising the basic terms we: a) show a simple algorithm to choice adequate statistic tests, b) present R commands of these statistic tests (note: R is a downloadable free software), and c) give suggestions about how we can interpret the results of statistical calculations done by this software.

WAYS FOR UNDERSTANDING MENTALLY HANDICAPPED ADULTS - VOLUNTARY COFFEE SHOP SERVING AS A POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVE
89-96Views:135This paper focuses on pedagogical attendance especially bringing adults with mental disabilities into action. Based on the method of observation, it presents the mentoring preparation procedure that reveals to the reader what sort of support is needed to make individuals with disabilities capable of doing successful labor activity. The main goal of the program is to introduce individuals with limited abilities to sound members of society through voluntary work and make them accepted. It draws attention not only to the positive increments but also to the very negatives that must be worked at by specialists who have a true calling to the profession of pedagogical attendance.
