The content of our journal is published on the basis of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) 4.0 International License. Accordingly, the published articles shall be open-access, and shall be immediately available for the readers to read and download. According to the CC-BY, the authors retain their copyrights, however, they allow the copy and the dissemination of their work if it is appropriately cited. If the journal accepts the manuscript for publication, the authors agree to assign the right of first publication to the journal, allow the journal to apply a DOI for their articles and to archive such articles.

Users shall be entitled to copy, disseminate, forward, rework and commercially use the article. The CC-BY license shall make possible the commercial reuse of the open-access articles if the author is appropriately referred to. This license shall make possible the dissemination and the reproduction on any data storage medium if the original work is appropriately cited.
