The primary purpose of the journal Economica published by the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Debrecen is to establish a forum where the Hungarian and international students and researchers taking part in graduate and postgraduate training can introduce their scientific activity.

This journal accepts studies from the following fields of science: economy, business administration, business science, financial science, sports science and management.

Requirements of the submitted manuscripts are:

- to fit into the topics of the journal;

- to build on the international findings related to the topic;

- to be relevant both in terms of theory and practice;

- to contribute to the international and Hungarian literature by new and original findings;

- to exhibit methodological preparedness.

The journal does not accept secondary publication. The type of the submitted manuscript shall be original article or review article.
