Labor Market Effects of Organizational Health Promotion
99-107Views:571Nowadays, we can observe an increasing trend in the spread of non-communicable diseases. It is important to highlight the social factors that negatively affect health. Determinants includes income, education and the research-relevant working and living conditions. From a labor market perspective, unemployment and poor working conditions are a significant responsibility for the deterioration of mental and physical health. Health is also affected by employment conditions. Extended working hours have been shown to be harmful to health. Poor health has generates poorer work performance, a higher rate of sick leave, and higher health care costs. My primary goals in my research was to explore the labor market impacts of workplace health promotion and guidelines for corporate health promotion. Within health promotion, physical activity has played a prominent role. I’ve been used secondary data collection during my research. I have been performed a traditional literature analysis based on domestic and international studies. My results are suggest that the workplace health promotion has more positive labor market effects than increasing productivity and reducing absenteeism and health care costs. It is important to mention that health promotion could bring benefits to both employers and employees. Regarding corporate guidelines, there is no new approach directive other than the older literature sources. thus, it may be worthwhile to develop a new and different corporate process for effective workplace health promotion.

Analysis of Smart Photovolatic Systems
67-75Views:251Nowadays more attention should be paid to the electric power generation wi th renewables. The photovoltaic systems have several benefits. But this systems power output could drastically drop by numerous external phenome. To avoid these, we introduce the so called “TIGO” power opti mizing system features and the monitoring of the deployed system on an existing building. We examine the produced energy for a given time period.

Examination of Sports-Related Expenditure by Competitive Sportsmen and Women
126-134Views:333The economic role of sport has grown worldwide in recent decades, and Hungary is no exception. Sport is one of the most important industries, offering significant economic benefits to the country. Accordingly, the sports economy is attracting increasing attention and playing an increasingly important role in both the international and domestic economy In the study, we looked at how much people spend on sport activity. A questionnaire survey was conducted. In addition to demographic data, we asked about their sporting habits and their willingness to spend on sport. The majority of respondents are competitive athletes, mostly competing in team sports. The results show that respondents who compete in team sports have a much higher expenditure, on a monthly basis, than people who compete in individual sports.

Relationship between the Lean and Agricultural Companies
370-381Views:373Eliminating losses is a daily challenge for both: companies and individuals in society. Whether through the production or office work, we are wasting the most important human needs: time and energy with useless things and processes. Both are an integral part of our daily lives and are particularly important for agricultural companies. In our study, we look at the relationship between Lean and agricultural companies. We outline the risks associated with these seven Lean Losses at these companies, and how these problems can be corrected and eliminated using current methods. Our research sheds light on how technological innovations affect and influence the position of companies in the market and in financial and human resources. We examine the benefits and drawbacks of the innovations applied and the Lean processes used, and how they affect the environment around them.

How Implementing Space Capabilities can Realize the Directives of Hungary’s National Security Strategy
120-141Views:580The Hungarian Government has released its decree on Hungary’s National Security Strategy, which provides a comprehensive picture of Hungary’s present state of security, sets out the country’s goals and directives to be achieved as well as the necessary government tools and tasks. Significant contributions can be made to the implementation of many of these directives by national space capabilities based on a Hungarian satellite system. In this study we intend to show the validity of this statement by presenting an overview of the legitimacy, features and possible benefits of national space-based capabilities as well as the necessary tasks involved in their implementation.

Specialties of First SMED in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
1-11Views:399Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) is considered as an effective lean management method increasingly used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. By reducing change-over times and costs, the successful implementation of the first SMEDs may bring a significant increase in terms of manufacturing flexibility. The purpose of this study is present the special factors that fundamentally determine SMEDs applied especially in the process of pharmaceutical manufacturing. By focusing on a well defined part of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, lasting from Weighing and Measuring to the end of Tablet Pressing, the study also aims to highlight the benefits of SMED itself. The findings of the research are based on the practical experiences of four SMEDs implemented in various sections of production. According to the experiences and considering industrial specialties, the implementation of SMED has to harmonise with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) which are representing the golden quality standards of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Vehicle Dynamics Simulation in Matlab/Simulink Environment
36-41Views:492In the following we are researching different methods of vehicle dynamics simulations. Starting from a simple two-wheeled vehicle model, we are showing ways to simulate the movement of vehicles with real suspensions on any surfaces. MATLAB, Simulink and Simscape provide very suitable resources for the above mentioned purposes. The benefits of such vehicle model become obvious because of the fact during the physics simulation we can access all the data we need to simulate any control algorithms for vehicles: in this article we are presenting a simple ABS control simulation.

The Challenges of the Labour Law and Economic in the Future Labour Market
116-130Views:1045The aim of the study is to examine how the effects of globalization affect the global labor market, and how high-level automation and digitalization affect the expectations of labor market actors and the world of labor law. We analyze the legal framework and the economic and social utility of acquiring competences for new challenges in the industry. We will look in more detail at the future of the low-skilled labor force in a changing labor market as a function of acquiring new competencies. We believe that changes in the labor market and novel processes will also pose new challenges for employers and employees. Changes in the labor market raise the question of what kind of benefits an outgoing worker will receive until he or she acquires new competencies. Is the social welfare system in the current sense capable of supporting lifelong learning, or is it necessary to explore alternatives such as basic income? All this needs to be done in the light of the legal and economic scrutiny of the concepts of efficiency and economy. This is because acquiring competences for the new employee also brings new added value.
