In our study, we provided a comparison of four robot arms used in industry to determine  the most suitable model to adopt in university education. We investigated robot arms from the following manufacturers: ABB, Kuka, Universal Robots, and Techman Robot. The multi-criteria system was grounded on the important factor and experience. Following this, each aspect was ranked using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In addition, the order among the four alternatives was established by using the Kesselring method. The present study describes a selection method for industrial robots in the academic area.

  • Environmental Index and Environmental City Resilience Index calculation for Four Settlements in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County and Four in Győr-Moson-Sopron County

Globalization and urbanization pose a number of challenges for different settlements. Stakeholders seek to cure global problems through sustainable projects. Since the Brundtland Commission's definition of sustainable development in 1987, the approach to sustainability has permeated all dimensions of the economy, including the environmental dimension. In Hungary, IBM conducted a study (Lados - Horváthné Barsi, 2011), in which the search for green, sustainable solutions defined in the definition of a livable city plays a key role. The characteristics of sustainable cities, that they are resilient to disasters, return to equilibrium after a shock has occurred (Seeliger, Turok, 2013). Resilience can also be mentioned as one of the pillars of sustainability. In a UN-Habitat statement, resilience refers to the ability of any urban system to withstand and recover from multiple shocks and to maintain the continuity of its services (OECD, 2018). In my study, I would like to present the results of the environmental index and the Environmental Urban Resilience Index (EURI) of the four largest cities selected on the basis of the population in the easternmost and westernmost counties of the country.

  • The Influence of the Boundary Conditions on the Buckling of Thin-walled Cans during Manufacturing

In this paper the effect of the boundary conditions on the stability of thin-walled aerosol cans under axial pressure is investigated. The main objective is to outline the main characteristics of this highly nonlinear mechanical problem and to present methods to simulate the buckling of cans with different boundary conditions. Due to the numerical difficulties coming from the contact between the can and different components of the machines, the effect of the different supports of the can is investigated on the crushing (or buckling) force at which the loss of stability occurs. The commercial finite element software Abaqus is used to solve the problems and to present the efficiency of FE codes in the design process of cans.

The operational characteristics of educational institutions are substantially influenced by educational policy choices. In July 2015 the establishment of Centers of Vocational Training marked the start of a new chapter in the management of school-based vocational education and training under a new organisational structure. As part of the Centers of Vocational Training, Vocational Trainging Institutions have become member institutions with legal personality . The introduction of centralised management has significantly changed the framework and the way in which institutions, as educational organisations operate, which has had an impact on management and governance processes and thus on the functioning of the whole organisation. According to the different management and governance processes applied in practice in educational institutions, educational institutions can be classified into different models of educational management, whose literature theory we call upon to examine the functioning of a vocational training institution. The aim of our study is to examine the functioning of a Vocational Training Institution in the light of the models of educational management. We will examine the operation of a Vocational Training Institution in the case of a Vocational Training Centre and its member institution operating in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County. Our study is based on the method of document analysis. In the course of the analysis, the documents of the examined institutions were analysed according to certain characteristics of the key dimensions of the educational management models defined in the literature. The results of the analysis provide an overall picture of the type and nature of the management of the vocational training institution examined.

The aim of our study is to present the topic of adult learning. To do this, we first define the definitions and importance of learning in a person’s life. We then turn to the historical background and evolution of adult learning. The motivation of adult learning as a function of different motivational theories is presented. In the second half of the study, an initial research focusing on the motivation of adult learning is presented. The subjects of our research are young adults who are pursuing their master's degree in management and organization at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Debrecen. We want answers to the extent to which different factors motivate young adults in studying. With the results, we want to give an idea of how the learning motivation of the students can be characterized by both lecturers and human resource professionals working in the private sector. We intend to expand the research to a larger sample in the future.

Still, such a special genre called roguelike was established, which is characterized by the constant termination of this world of experience in such a way that the gamer, as a results of the high level of difficulty, is obliged to start the game again and again. These new genre games are now leading titles of the new generation consoles, such as Demon’s Souls or the Returnal, gaining huge role in the introduction and sale of the new gaming console PS5.
