Resulting in an analysis of physical and symbolic elements that constitute the concept of cultural landscape worked on in this analysis.

SIBLING CARE - SIBLINGS CARING FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES
111-121Views:461The increasing life expectancy of adults with intellectual disabilities has raised new questions and challenges for families. Depending on the severity of their condition, people with intellectual disabilities need support from their families and environment to vary degrees throughout their lives. They depend on their family members, which addiction is a new problem as parents get older, and care will be the responsibility of siblings who are already living independent lives, sometimes geographically far away. Sibling care should be interpreted differently than when it is performed by a parent or a paid carer, it is more emotionally complex, its content and direction are diverse. We know not too much about sibling caregivers, we only have hypothetical answers to the questions based on a small number of studies or research in similar areas. This paper aims to provide an overview of the situation and motivations of adults who care of and take responsibility for their siblings with intellectual disabilities, and of their role and interaction of the various influences that help them understand. Getting to know siblings is necessary in order for the support system of the special education and social policy to adapt properly to the situation of the - unfortunately - barely ‘visible’ population.

MANAGING BEHAVIORAL DIFFICULTIES OF THE FOLK SCHOOLS IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE 20TH CENTURY IN HUNGARY
41-54Views:136The end of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century was a period of widening education and eradicating illiteracy in civil nation-states. The compulsory education laws also provided opportunities for the lower social classes to obtain a school qualification that also contributed to improving their social situation. The school as a socialization terrain, in its standards, behavioral and knowledge expectations, served the political and social stability of the current system. Because in many different groups of society they differ in many ways from the expectations of the school, in the behavior of the students, they caused the existence of permanent discipline problems, which were repeatedly dealt with in the pedagogical and psychological press and publications. Discipline generally meant creating an external order, in which the main role was the example of the teacher. During the reward and punishment, the goodwill and justice of the teacher were considered important. The forms of punishment were different at the school level. At elementary school, pupils were first given oral warnings. Then the parents were informed, then the teaching staff and the guardians took action. In secondary schools, punishment ranged from verbal reprimand to exclusion from school. In high schools, physical punishments were forbidden.

Assimilation and Acculturation Processes in the Study of Inter-Ethnic Marriages
7-21Views:45Inter-ethnic marriages present a captivating arena for examining assimilation and acculturation processes, where individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds merge their identities. This article delves into the dynamics of inter-ethnic marriages in the Turkestan region of Southern Kazakhstan through the lens of assimilation and acculturation theories. Utilizing data collected from 45 interviews across five villages, including Zhana Iqan, Hantagy, Shornak, Turki poselkasy, and Kentau, the study explores various aspects of daily life such as language usage, religious practices, traditions, cuisine, and ethnic values. Research questions probe how individuals negotiate cultural differences in their interactions and interpret multicultural coexistence through assimilation, acculturation, and dissimilation theories. The hypothesis posits three cohabitation patterns -acculturation, assimilation, and dissimilation- equally valid within the same cultural and geographical space. Employing qualitative methods including interviews and surveys, the study uncovers patterns of adaptation and the degree of assimilation or acculturation within relationships. By analyzing data through the prism of assimilation and acculturation theories, the study sheds light on how cultural elements are integrated into daily routines and decision-making processes within inter-ethnic marriages. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of how individuals navigate cultural diversity within marital relationships, enriching scholarly discourse on multiculturalism and societal relations.

IMPROVEMENT OF FINE MOTOR SKILLS IN CEREBRAL PARETIC PATIENTS
79-85Views:186The aim of this review is to give an overview of the ADL functions in children and young adults with cerebral palsy and our planned studies. For measuring the ADL functions, the Functional Independence Measure (FIM) and the Functional Independence Measure for Children (WeeFIM) will be used. The hand functions will be analyzed by the Quality of Upper Extremity Skills Test (QUEST). The fine motor skills of the hand will be revealed by using the selected subtests of the Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency (BOT-2). Based on the outcomes of the measures, a complex therapeutic protocol will be implemented including the elements of the ergo and manual therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and piano therapy. It is anticipated that the complex therapy adapted to individual needs will result in significant improvement in the ADL functions in disabled children and young adults.

THE PROBATION SERVICE’S ENFORCEMENT AND EFFICIENCY IN THE VIEW OF JUVENILE OFFENDERS

In this qualitative research, we made semi-structured interviews with 10 youthful protegees and 15 underaged from the reformatory, who has already been part of the probation system. We discuss parts of the research that are adequate on the subject of the study. Based on the interviewees’ experiences of the probation service we tried to collect suggestions to increase the efficiency of the probation service.

83-98Views:29The study provides an overview of the portrayal and role of acceptance, empathy, and special treatment in the Harry Potter-series. The focus of the analysis revolves around the depiction of four different attitudes, which manifest in the relation between humans and magical objects, magical creatures, humanoid beings, and other humans. These four attitudes are represented by four main characters and are exemplified through their actions. The four attitudes are indifferent-passive, rejecting-active, accepting-active, and responsible-active. Due to their magical nature, the objects of the examined attitudes operate differently from what is expected by everyday logic, their needs and behaviors deviate from conventional societal norms, and they can even be intimidating and hazardous. The study illustrates how the novel series encourages readers to engage in the community through various examples and highlights the development of the underlying theme that the most powerful magical force is love, thus deserving acceptance, empathy, or special treatment by everyone. This contributes to the enhancement of readers' emotional intelligence and empathy skills, fostering the acceptance of diverse perspectives.

135-148Views:155This article contains the basic structural features of a same-named Ph.D. research thesis. The main tasks of the research are to identify three focal fields with mythological elements, whether they are phenomena, objects, people, or creatures that some believe and others doubt exist. These focal fields are found in various collections of folk stories, and contemporary literary texts as well as in interviews with storytellers. However, the focus of this article is primarily on the introductory story and on providing the background of the general idea. The goal is to acquaint the readers with the background that explains the origin of the mentioned stories among the people. It talks about death, man’s natural fear of it, and the world of the paranormal, religious, and mythological, which combined create inexplicable phenomena that contradict the rational reasoning of man. One of the hypotheses of the research itself is to understand why this phenomenon is still present in the human community and what benefits it brings. Furthermore, the methodology used in the research includes a comparison and contrast of information between folk stories and contemporary literary works. In addition, the most important research method used is the interview technique with the aforementioned storytellers with strategically selected persons who are assumed to possess quality information.

The Vampire as the Mythological Creature in the Cinematography of South Slavic Countries: Vampire in Films “Leptirica” and “Holy Place” - Folkloric Juxtaposition
83-96Views:33Mythological creatures have enchanted and intrigued human beings for ages, and humans unconsciously stimulated their fears and insecurities. People have created a vampire-paranormal obsession that is reflected in everything that human creativity has touched, especially in film adaptations. In this article, readers will see the representation of the mythological creature Vampire on the Serbian film screen. The article dissects two selected films, “She-Butterfly” and “The Holy Place” from the vampire-induced horrors of the South Slavic cinematography. They will representatively be the focus of the study. These examples will reveal how the film of that time conjured up the horror, fear, and general aura of the mythological creature Vampire that has haunted the human race for centuries. In contrast to film representations, the author places a vampire from folklore as a pillar for comparison or a test sample to analyze the similarities, differences, and credibility of the representations in the film. Regarding the supportive material, we will extensively rely on the "Serbian Mythological Dictionary" as it provides a solid collection of various folk explanations and descriptions, which we will use for comparison. The methodological approach includes a description of the film plot with important elements, the analysis of the mentioned elements of interest within separate important parts of the plot, and a comparison with a folklore vampire within the analysis.

THE IMPORTANCE OF PLAY - THE USE OF GAMES BY SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS TEACHER AND MAJORITY TEACHERS IN LESSONS
7-26Views:843Nowadays, the priority task of pedagogy is to develop skills and basic competencies, because these are necessary for a successful teaching-learning process. In contrast to the traditional frontal education, which the learners treat as a passive recipient. The current education places more and more emphasis on exploration, action-based learning, and knowledge acquisition based on one's own experiences, which can be based on play and playful activity. Gameplays a key role in the development of skills and personality, so in this research, we examine the role of game in the teaching of typical and learning disabilities children. During the study, we used an online questionnaire, which was sent to special educational needs teachers and the majority of teachers working in schools in Hajdú-Bihar and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg counties (N = 102 people). The distribution of the answers was even for each grade and school type, so we were able to form groups of 25 and 26 people. Our results reflect a different teaching method because special educational needs teachers use games much more often in their work and spend much more time on them compared to the majority of teachers. Special educational needs teachers attribute much more developmental effects to the game, so they use it more often in upper grades as well. The majority of teachers are dominated by info-communication tools, while special educational need teachers use several self-made tools. In terms of methods, teachers consider differentiation to be paramount, followed by an illustration and cooperative learning, while playing came in fourth place.

SPECIAL TREATMENT OF THE CSR
27-41Views:92According to a broader definition offered by Kotler and Lee (2007, 10 p), the focus of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is on „selecting an initiative that will do the most good for the social issue as well as the corporation”. Following this line of reasoning, the purpose of this study is to examine through the use of practical examples those activities of CSR that can be in connection with the category of special treatment. To be more specific, these are CSR activities are related to the treatment of persons with a physical or mental disability and the treatment of people with reduced capacity to work. When it came to reviewing the activities of the selected companies, the CSR activity of Hungarian Affiliate of a global pharmaceutical company (company1) was considered as base. The CSR activities of the four other companies and company1 were evaluated by performing a content analysis of their websites. Due to the diverse sources of information, the news of 2015 and the press releases available on their websites were analyzed separately. The content analysis of the Sustainability reports and websites of the selected companies, supplemented with the latest company news, has opened the door to the preparation of a wide-spectrum activity inventory on the CSR areas related to the treatment of persons with a physical or mental disability and the treatment of people with reduced capacity to work.

This service was designed to accomplish the rules of semantic Web and component-based design. The important milestones of the birth process of e-signature are described in our other paper, Electronic signature. The services of Electra Signature are described in this study. Thanks to the semantic Web infrastructures Electra can cooperate with other semantic Web-based applications, for example, FOAF using as a digital business card. We also inspected the laws of e-signature and we shared these with you in the previously mentioned study to help to create well-formed agreements.
We would like to absolutely highlight the importance of special needed people' help options such as Electra service. Thanks to the Ügyfélkapu they can easier use e-signature than the general certificate-based solution.
