Abstract

The present study outlines the theoretical framework of a broader research project designed to explore the relationships among creativity, generativity, and public park use. The research examines the park-use habits, needs, creativity, and generativity of individuals and their social groups in two community parks in Budapest. This study examines creativity in relation to values (natural environment, creativity, generativity, safety, justice, freedom, leisure) from both vertical and horizontal perspectives.
