Over the last few years, companies have realised the significance of the image they represent and besides building the brands of their products, they started to concentrate on forming the brand of the company. We wanted to examine the world of corporate brands at two FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) companies. The aim of there search was to discover the connection between consumers and brands, product brands and corporate brands; how corporate brand influences customers during purchased ecision making. The effect of consumers’ knowledge was also observed about the companies on consumers’ habits. We have assumed that from the viewpoint of some customers, choosing among several products is often based on the perception of the brands and products alone and it has little to do with the corporate brand. Although, if one of the companies has a strong corporate brand, an idea built around it, and its message is communicated effectively, when it comes down topic king sides, the brand of the company could be essential to decision making.

In the “Extending the Technical Researcher Capacity, Developing Research Services and Building a Knowledge Square in Engineering Education” sub-program of the EFOP-3.6.1-16-2016-00022 "Debrecen Venture Catapult Program" project a research group on engineering and innovation skills was founded. This team undertook to develop skills development workshops for high school students in connection with mathematics, physics, descriptive geometry and informatics topics. In this paper the "Algorithmization in playful way" workshop will be presented, where we develop the student's algorithmic skills by playing computer games.

Nowadays orthopaedic implants are mainly fabricated from solid material (titanium alloy). The mechanical properties of these implants are much stronger than human bone tissue’s properties, and this leads to fixation problems and a short lifetime, but today these problems can be eliminated with the usage of metal additive manufacturing. The mechanical properties of the implants can be influenced on demand with the variation of the material structure using different sizes and types of unit cells for building up its structure.

At a building on vacant locus a significant amount of geotechnical risk can be arisen. In the case of arise of risks the technical content of the investment is amended, the time requirement as well as the cost of the investment is increasing. In the paper a review on the geotechnical risks, on their effects, as well as on the management of risks is given.

In my study I have examined the sections of Hungarian contemporary architecture and fine arts. In the historical overview it has become clear that two turning points have influenced contemporary arts: the total art work (Gesamtkunstwerk) of the Ghotic and Baroque styles. I listed the sections in three categories: metamorphosis, relationship and section. The sections are the highest level of these categories. I explained my research in detail by analyzing these sections, at János Megyik's art and his Gate statue at Life Science building and library at the University of Debrecen.

Nowadays, CAD and FE software are getting integrated to each other. However, these new integrated pieces of software cannot be customized enough to analyze different optimization methods or model behavior. In this paper, a MATLAB environment is developed that connects to C# and VB programs, which use Solid Edge and Femap API functions, in order to automate the geometry modification and the FE model building and solving functions. A simple static structural size optimization problem is solved with the fmincon solver of MATLAB.

In the paper we deal with the structures interpreted among the buildings constructions. In the present, first part we classify the buildings constructions by their functions. Two main groups can be formed. Analysing supporting construction group can be shown that the building can be well classify by supporting constructions. The classification based on vertical supporting constructions like wall and column gives fourelement classification: wall frame, column frame, mixed frame and frame without vertical supporting constructions. This classification is very simple. Take into consideration of the buildings technology of walls and columns there can be given a classification whit more elements. Different subgroups can be interpreted using connections of walls and columns with floor construction in the certain groups.

In Hungary, handball enjoys special attention and support, this is true not only for our country, but also for Europe, and the sport is gaining more and more space worldwide. One of the biggest innovations of the last two decades is certainly social media, which has reformed the basic strategies related to information transfer and traditional marketing activities. The processes of content production on these platforms have radically changed, which every sports club should pay attention to, as they can gain significant advantages in terms of economics, marketing and community building if they are able to communicate well. Three sports clubs competing at different levels were compared during a qualitative study in terms of their social media marketing strategy activities, namely PICK Szeged, Balatonfüredi KSE – BFKA Balatonfüred and DEAC handball team. The basic concept of this research model was built on how the online marketing communication activities of club teams fighting for different professional goals at different levels differ from each other, as well as what are the development opportunities and aspects that can be used as effectively as possible on social media platforms. The handball club teams agreed on several research questions, but a significant difference could also be discovered in one area, in which the professionals responsible for social media disagreed or represented a different point of view. Looking at my results, it can be concluded that behind a successful online marketing strategy there is always serious preparation and planning work, as well as the diversification of content production on different platforms, because the consumer communities of the platforms are also different from each other.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the Middle East is gaining more importance than in the past. Although it still remains more about philanthropy and charity, it moves towards a more strategic approach which includes formalizing ways of giving, as a set of non-random actions, and focuses more on addressing social ills and environment, economic challenges, that are hindering development. However, the business in the region has not yet taken the step to fully integrate the CSR into their core business operations. The most common challenges that facing the CSR implementation are the lack of government requirements and incentives, spreading awareness, building CSR partnership model, going beyond the marketing and PR campaigns, and full integration of CSR into the business strategy. In this paper, we aim to introduce the current state of the CSR in the Middle East and its perspectives, besides reviewing its evaluation stages, motivations, and current challenges. Moreover, we aim to examine CSR common practices through examples from the financial sector. The research method applied in this research is based on secondary data sources and we have used desk research to illustrate most important points and findings on the topic.
