Do Changes in the Economic Role of States through Privatization matter?: The Brazilian Case
125-136Views:310In market economies, the subject of scientific research is the extent to which the state can contribute to the sustainability of development. However, the question is to know where the boundaries of the market and the role of the state lie. The study briefly introduces different views of the state's economic role and how states have changed the proportion of their entrepreneurial assets. Among these, it highlights privatization, which is one of the significant segments of today's economic policy practice at both micro and macroeconomic levels. It then describes Brazil's economic circumstances that led to the formulation of a proper size privatization program. Finally, the socio-economic factors that, according to the author, make the realization of Brazilian privatization plans uncertain presented.

Kinematics and Workspace Analysis of Parallel Manipulators
1-5Views:301The aim of the study is to analyse the kinematics and the workspaces of two parallel manipulators. The kinematics are calculated using vectors and the Newton method. The workspaces are shown using constant orientation. The result of the study is that the kinematics and workspaces are comparable of the two manipulators. MATLAB was used for calculating.

Developing of Capacity Analysis Method
1-19Views:455Capacity planning is strategic significance in companies’ life. The strategic of capacity enlarging in fluencies the competitiveness of companies. There are several method for determination of long-term capacity from simple ones to expensive, high calculation requiring processes. We have to rearrange the production for the increasing demand, it is not so simple because it needs some investments. We must scrutinize that is it worth for us? The aim of this study is to investigate whether capacity enlarging is going to be realizable without investments only the eliminate of waste. In this method needs exact determine of the current capacity so we use modified, extended capacity model. In this model we consider the availability, quality and efficiency of the machine more over we observe the effect of the service program of the machine.

Current Issues of Career Choice for Debrecen Vocational School Students
308-319Views:276The aim of the article is to share information about the learning characteristics of the Z-generation based on literature review. In the same way based on secondary research we are showing the characteristics of the lifelong learning processes with special regards to the informal and non formal learning processes. On other hand we are publishing the outcomes of our research based on a survey done in three secondary schools of Debrecen. In the survey we investigated the learning plans of the vocational program students studying in the three secondary schools and their labour market perspectives.

Longitudinal Dynamic Simulation Possibilities of Vehicles Using AVL Cruise M
743-748Views:467For creating vehicle dynamic simulations, in most cases, an appropriate software is required to help the dynamic model design. For this purpose several kinds of software are available in the market with different properties and user interfaces. In this article a leading simulation software of the market, AVL Cruise M, is shortly presented.

Application of Rexroth Controlling for Inverted Pendulum
174-179Views:301This paper deals with the control of an inverted pendulum. Balancing techniques are used in great many controlling problems. The inverted pendulum problem is often used as a benchmark. The theoretical background is well-known and easy to treat. A commercially available Rexroth axis controller and a CKK compact module are used to control the input of the system, which is usually applied in industrial fields. A test bench has been designed and built. A PLC based program has been developed to swing up the pendulum from the rest location to inverted position and LQR controller is designed to balance the system.

Grants Rating Due to Operative Public Procurement Law and by Applicable Regulations
129-138Views:259The aim of new Public Procurement law is to ensure the efficiency of appropriation public money. On new legal regulation public procurement procedures become significantly faster and transparency and competition is increasing. The law entered into force on the first of November in 2015, but has been modified several times since then. A year ago, the National Parliament adopted the law on State Program Evaluation cover. The legislation aims to make the European Union resources for projects in an objective, transparent and independent from the interests of the operators assessment system.

Why do not people attend football matches in Hungary?
11-22Views:495Both international and domestic research on passive sport consumption focuses on the motivations of fans. However in Hungary, unlike the examples of North America and Western Europe, we have to look for answers to the question of why people do not go to football matches. In order to find an answer to this question, we conducted an online survey with a number of items of 347 people. For the latter a scale measuring absence from sport consumption was used and the reliability of the scales was tested by Cronbach's alpha calculation. After our principal component analysis, we developed 5 internal and 5 external factors, on which we conduct hypothesis test along demographic and sports consumption variables. Based on our results, we have established that, contrary to public opinion, the low number of spectators in Hungarian football matches is not only and primarily due to unsucces and the low quality of matches. Our respondents are mostly kept away from stadiums by football-related government measures, as well as by preferring to participate in other recreational program opportunities.

Home 4.0 – Intelligent Houses
53-57Views:341To understand “Home 4.0” you must know about the industrial revolutions, specially about the fourth one, which is often called “Industry 4.0”. The automatization process and the mapping of mechanisms and resources in the cyber-physical space are getting more and more popular in the households. From there comes the term in the title. Analysation of the currently used smart home technology was made and a model that simulates real life events with smart home criteria was created. The model is controlled by a central control unit, the front panel and program of which is also created. Important features such as lighting, heating, cooling and security system, fire protection, controlled consumer electronics, sprinklers and motors came true.

Financial Performance Measurement with the Use of Financial Ratios: Case of Mongolian Companies
20-32Views:455The aim of this paper is to examine the efficiency of Mongolian 100 public companies listed on Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) which are divided into 6 major sectors. This study conducts the performance of companies in terms of profitability by using three different output variables i.e., revenue, pretax profit and ROA (Return on Assets). In the beginning of this research, nine variables which are connected with profitability are chosen as output variables, while 24 variables expressing growth, financial structure, solvency, and turnover together with some fundamental financial data are chosen as input variables. 10 variables out of 24 input variables, which determine the financial structure, solvency, and profitability, are chosen as input variables based on the calculation of stepwise regression analysis. Stepwise regression, multi co-linearity analysis are made by SPSS and DEA (Data envelopment analysis) is evaluated by benchmarking package in R excel statistical program covering the period of 2012-2015. This paper uses the input-oriented version of DEA based on financial ratios and some crucial components of a financial statement. The results of DEA show that food and grocery sector was the most efficient, and mining sector was at the second place by its efficiency, while agriculture and service sector were the worse than other sectors.

Solid-Lattice Stem Optimization Design for Hip Implants
39-46Views:581The goal of this study is analyzed and design a methodology to reduce stem mass, through topology and lattice optimization of a Ti-6Al-4V hip implant, meeting yield stress requirements. Four optimization cases were studied: Topology optimization (1), Lattice design 100% (2), Lattice design 50% (3), Lattice design 25% (4). Five load cases from a study were applied for each optimization cases: Combined (LC1), standing-up (LC2), standing (LC3), going up stairs (LC4), jogging (LC5). The optimized cases design reduced stem mass approximately by 30% (1), 5% (2) ,8% (3) and 2% (4), compared with the total stem hip Ti-6Al-4V implant.
