„a hol a borból pénzelnek az emberek” A hegyközszentimrei református eklézsia és a bor kapcsolata a 19. század első felében
5-22Megtekintések száma:1Our study explores the multifaceted relationship between the material life of the local viticulture/wine growing in the historical wine region of Érmellék (and Berettyó) and the Reformed parish of Hegyközszentimre. In particular, an examination of the surviving data sets of guardian accounts shed light on the primary, and even almost exclusive, role of wine in church taxation as well as in the salaries of contemporary pastors, school rectors, and girls’ teachers, not least the ecclesia’s own farming.PDF0 -
A Mailáth család perbenyiki hitbizománya
23-34Megtekintések száma:0My study presents the entail of the Mailáth family in Perbeník. The estate of Perbeník, which was converted into an entail of the Mailáth family in 1867, was located in the former county of Zemplén, and this former estate now belongs to the Slovak Republic. The Mailáth family moved to Zemplén County in the 18th century, via the marriage of Joseph Mailáth III. He married one of the daughters of the Sennyey family, the greatest landowner of the time. József Mailáth III., through his marriage with Antonia Sennyey, received the Sennyey estates in Zemplén County, and subsequently, established one of the largest manorial centres in Zemplén County. In my study, in addition to the Perbeník estate, I also review the inventories of the Őrhegy and Monyha farms, whereby we can get a relatively detailed picture of the Mailáth family’s estates in Zemplén County, the family trust established in 1867, and the family contradictions surrounding the entail.PDF0 -
A katonai és polgári elhárítás a Tanácsköztársaság időszakában, különös tekintettel a Politikai Nyomozó Osztály eljárására – I. rész
35-56Megtekintések száma:0Pursuant to a decree issued by the People’s Commissariat for the Interior on March 26, 1919, the Red Guard succeeded the old police, gendarmerie and border guard. However, during the establishment of the Red Guard, the old law enforcement bodies were not actually disbanded, and the new organization largely took over their staff, and supplemented it by recruiting, mainly workers. It was much easier to organize detachments under communist leadership. The most notable of these is the Cserny detachment, which was formed from the Visegrád Street guard, seamen and sailors, with about 200 people (“Lenin boys”), and on the model of which smaller detachments were set up in the countryside. The Cserny detachment was subordinated to the Political Department of the People’s Security Committee, and its staff was further reduced during May and June. However, after the counter-revolutionary uprising of June 24, it was re-strengthened and assigned to the Second Red Guard district. Ottó Korvin and Tibor Szamuely directed the fight against the counter-revolution. Ottó Korvin was the head of the Political Department of the People’s Security Committee, and since the People’s Commissar for the Interior was mostly at the front, he worked quite independently. Major counter-revolutionary organizations were prevented in the capital, which were then retaliated by unbridled terror.PDF0 -
A trianoni államhatár hatása a Nyírség és a Szatmári-síkság társadalmára 1900 és 1941 között
57-67Megtekintések száma:0In my study, I am primarily looking for the answer to how the Trianon state border affected the society of the Nyírség and the Szatmár plain in the first half of the 20th century. The recent literature of geography clearly classifies the Trans-Tisza border strip along the Hungarian-Romanian border as a peripheral area, but the question is whether the new state border had a negative effect between 1920 and 1941 or could have been the result of a longer-term process. In the case of the Nyírség and the Szatmár plain, I consider the districts in contact with the state border to be the border zone. I examine the problem of living near the border through two development indicators, one of which is the migration balance and the other the literacy rate. I hope that through the examination of the migratory movement and the education conditions, it becomes possible to perceive how the state border of Trianon affected the society of the border strip between the Nyírség and the Szatmár plain.PDF0 -
Az ungvári fertőtlenítő és fertőzőbeteg-szállító állomás tevékenysége Kárpátalján a második világháború időszakában
68-79Megtekintések száma:0ombating epidemic is a key health policy objective in all countries. The purpose of patient transportation is to ensure access to healthcare in cases where this cannot be achieved by any other means. This is especially true in the case of infectious diseases. This activity was carried out by the disinfection and transport station for infectious disease patients that had been set up in Uzhhorod during the Second World War. In terms of the development of health infrastructure, it was filling gaps in the lagging part of the country.
