The paper deals with the description of a mathematical model of a mechanical system using the so-called energy-based approach. The model is created using both generalized displacements and generalized momenta. The latter prescription method is less common in practice, due to its complexity. The two ways are presented through the same example mechanical problem, and a control task is also solved with the help of a PID block.

Hungary is a country in an inactive volcanic area, but with a geothermal potentical recognized bot hat European and international level. The geothermal gradient of the country is ~ 45°C/km on avarage, while in other countries it is ~ 20-30 °C/km. Accordingly, the temperature can reach 55-60°C at 1 km and 100-130°C at depths of 2 km. There are many types of extraction and utilization of geothermal energy, of which a large group is energy recovery . This direction is not typical in Hungary, so it is worth developing. The developement of the sector is slow due to high initial invertment demand and the long planning phase. On the one hand, the aim of our reserach is to take steps to remedy this problem by examining the funcion change of a barren well. Int he foreground and peripheral areas of the Bükk Mountains, there are numerous unused hydrocarbon wells, which our work is examining for energy purposes with a view to their later utilization. The present study focuses on 13 abandoned wells in the Pünkösd Mountain, area of Bükkalja, Demjén.

Today the tourism is without doubt strategic of importance in the world. In Hungary's case can be related, that contributes to the performance of the economy largely, and its role is very important in the employment, too. Because of national economic weight it is suitable to analysing, but for the sake of complexity the consideration of economic performance, competitiveness exceptionally complicated task. The two sections are attached most directly, the performace is measurable through the accomodation service and hospitality. Present study does not intend to measure the performance of whole tourism section, the aim is from a corporate side, measure the corporate competitiveness from accountancy datas, the examination of part. The object of the actual examination is monitoring of the profitability effect of tourism supports through the example of 8 companies.
