If necessary, the Gerundium will take steps to identify and prevent the publication of manuscripts that have been created in violation of ethical rules. This includes plagiarism, counterfeiting data, display false data as real and misuse of literary references. Our journal does not support the publication of such manuscripts in any way. The editors of our journal, in case they find the mentioned ethical violations regarding a published manuscript, act in accordance with the COPE guidelines: https://publicationethics.org/core-practices .
Our journal scans all submitted manuscripts with the iThenticate plagiarism screening program.
All manuscripts accepted for publication must be accompanied by a signed copyright notice which the authors state that the research was designed and carried out by them and that they participated in the creation of the manuscript and that its contents have been approved.
