Absztrakt
A családi vállalkozások gazdasági jelentősége vitathatatlan, ugyanakkor fennmaradásuk egyik legnagyobb kihívása az utódlás kérdésköre. A tanulmány célja a családi cégek generációváltásával kapcsolatos tudományos háttér feltérképezése bibliometriai elemzés segítségével. A Web of Science adatbázis 1990 és 2025 között megjelent, utódlás témájú publikációiból származó 1256 cikk került elemzésre a VOSviewer szoftverrel, mely révén azonosítva lett a családi vállalkozások utódláskutatásának öt fő témaklasztere: teljesítmény, pszichológiai dimenziók, menedzsment, vállalatirányítás, valamint kulturális eltérések. A klaszterek kvalitatív értelmezése rávilágít a családi utódlás összetett természetére, valamint a sikeres generációváltás kulcstényezőire, mint a formális tervezés, tudásátadás vagy családi harmónia. Emellett a kutatás alulreprezentált területeire is kitér a vizsgálat, például a vallás, kockázatkezelés vagy a női utódok szerepének vizsgálatára. A tanulmány hozzájárul az utódlás elméleti és gyakorlati megértéséhez, valamint új kutatási irányokat javasol a jövőre nézve.
