Absztrakt
Jelen publikáció a minőségmenedzsment és a vezetés és szervezés szoros kapcsolatát hivatott vizsgálni, kiemelve a szervezeti hatékonyság növelésének lehetőségeit mind ipari és nem ipari környezetben egyaránt. A szisztematikus irodalmi áttekintés során a vezetés, a hozzá szorosan kapcsolódó szervezeti kultúra és a minőségmenedzsment szerepét vizsgáltuk. A publikáció ismertetni kívánja, hogy a minőségügyi rendszerek és keretrendszerek, úgy, mint például az ISO és az EFQM modell miképp támogatják a stratégiai tervezést és a fenntarthatóságot, irányt mutatva ezáltal a modern szervezetek számára. A kutatás hangsúlyozza a digitális transzformáció és a tudásmenedzsment fontosságát, valamint megfogalmaztuk azon jövőbeli kutatási célokat, amelyek előremozdíthatják a szervezetek produktivitását.
