Absztrakt
A globalizált és felgyorsult gazdaságban egyre nagyobb feszültség éri a vezetőket az embertől függetlenített szervezeti célok és az emberi kapcsolatok valósága közötti megfelelésben. Az embert, mint értelemmel és érzékekkel rendelkező lényt, amely a boldogsága felé tör, a pozitív vezetési stílusok igyekeznek a középpontba helyezni és foglalkoznak vele kiemelten a vezetéselmélet területén. Jelen cikkben három ilyen pozitív stílust, az autentikus, a szolgáló és az etikus vezetési elveket és működési körülményeiket hasonlítunk össze a nemzetközi szakirodalom felhasználásával. A mintegy két évtizedet átölelő szakirodalmi időtávból leszűrhető, hogy az etikus vezetés irodalmának evolúciója alábbhagyott, míg az autentikus és szolgáló vezetés irodalmáé tovább fejlődött és fejlődik napjainkban is. A tanulmányban megjelenő összehasonlító táblázat kiemeli a közös és elkülönítő pontokat egyaránt, hogy a magas morális és etikai szint mellett az autentikus stílus elsősorban a vezető személyére, az etikus vezető a szervet etikai színvonalára, míg a szolgáló vezető a beosztott, a másik ember jólétének - akár önfeladás útján is történő - fejlesztésére koncentrál. A kutatás eredményeit a pozitív stílusok mérőeszközeinek vizsgálatához kívánjuk felhasználni, amellyel a jövőbeni primer, empirikus terepvizsgálatok tudományos megalapozottságát készítjük elő.
