A new scientific journal of the National Judicial Office, the Judicial Review, has been published
The National Judicial Office has recently successfully launched its new scientific journal, the Judicial Review. Chairman of the editorial board of the journal: dr. György Senyei, President of the National Courts Office, editor-in-chief dr. András Osztovits, curatorial judge, head of department, professor. In the editorial committee, the rector of the National Civil Service University and the deans of the faculties of law assist in the continuous publication of manuscripts of scientific interest.
A relatively new phenomenon in administrative science is the answer to questions of public law (appointment of court leaders, order of case distribution, disciplinary liability of judges, etc.) and private law (such as the scope of employer's authority) arising from the specific constitutional situation of the judiciary. Without knowledge of effective administrative models, rules and solutions, there is no effective justice, and without knowledge of the court's historical past, it is not possible to understand the present or plan for the future. The permanent sections of the Court's Review, which is now published in four issues a year, are in line with these goals and topics, filling in the gaps.
The publication is available in both printed and electronic form. The electronic form provides free-to-read, “open access” access for all interested users at the following link: https://birosag.hu/birosagiszemle
