The journal is a double peer-reviewed open access journal. Accordingly, we electronically publish the studies submitted and accepted for publication twice a year, for which we do not require article processing charges or submission fees. Articles, studies published on the website are freely downloadable, copied, distributed, searchable, and referenced, with the exact identification of the original source.

The editorial board reserves the right to return manuscripts that are obviously not in line with the mission of the journal (e.g., non-scholarly work, belong to another field, significantly exceed the size limits) without the assistance of reviewers. The editorial board can use a plagiarism filtering program to check articles. The editorial board and its members will not provide any information regarding the manuscript submitted for publication. Exceptions to this rule are the author, reviewers, potential reviewers, as well as members of the advisory board and the publisher. Members of the editorial board may not use the unpublished materials of the submitted manuscript for their own research without the written consent of the author. The editorial board is only entitled to make the technical changes and formal edits necessary for the publication in the study accepted for publication. The Authors publish their papers for free of charge. Authors must warrant that the study is their own original intellectual creation or, if they have used the work and / or expressions of others, that they have been properly cited and professionally cited. It is not good practice to include a manuscript presenting the same research in different stand-alone publications or journals. Submitting the same manuscript to several journals at the same time is unethical and unacceptable.
