149-157Views:98We conducted a customer satisfaction survey at a meat wholesale company. It can be concluded from the results of the survey that customers are mostly satisfied. The most important problem is unpunctuality, the unreliable fulfilment of orders which generally the producers should be blamed for. The company wants to extend its offer with frozen products. One part of the survey focused on the question whether the partners would buy products of this kind from the company. On the basis of the answer we suggest that they should extend their selection this way, too.

139-148Views:109We conducted a shelf survey and a customer satisfaction survey with a questionnaire for a poultry processing plant in Bács-Kiskun County. It can be concluded from the shelf survey that the packaging processes of the rival companies and the packaging processes applied by the company examined are similar with the exception of the modified atmosphere packaging. The quality of the packing materials and their design seemed to be completely different. The rivals generally use packing materials of a better quality which include some graphic elements, too. After consulting with the full range of customers we have the following conclusions. Most of the respondents are “satisfied” and “fully satisfied” with the company’s products regarding colour (94.4%), taste (94.1%) and durability (94.4%). There is a high number of customers who need modified atmosphere packaging, that is 72.2% of the respondents. As a result, we suggested that the new tray sealing machine should work with this technology.

They have the off-season demand, predictable and well-known needs, their satisfaction is easily accessible. Characteristics of retention management in the light of domestic research experience
113-122Views:179Recent changes, both in the macro and micro environment, have challenged organisations in recruiting and retaining staff. The aim of this paper is to explore and analyse the key factors that affect staff retention. It also aims to explore the specificities of the domestic labour market and the retention management practices of companies. In order to identify and collect these factors, I conducted a systematic literature review in Google Scholar, MTMT, Web of Science and the Online Encyclopedia of Public Service databases, examining studies published between 2020. and 2023. Based on the research findings, I believe that prioritizing the well-being of employees is key to workforce retention. It is important to create a constructive, supportive work environment where employees can enjoy their work and feel valued and well treated. They should also receive regular feedback on their work, feel satisfied with the working environment, and have the opportunity to work as part of a team, develop professionally and have opportunities for career progression.

Reorganization of human resources in the tourism industry from the perspective of recent years, in relation to Transylvania
14-21Views:117Nowadays, employment in various economic fields and the possession of appropriate professional knowledge are of considerable importance, especially in the services sector, where properly qualified personnel is a key factor in terms of the development of satisfaction in the demand segment. As an apropos of this, the human resource reorganizations taking place in the Transylvanian region and the willingness to work form the subject of the research, focusing on the tourism industry, which was a difficulty for businesses providing various services during the period of the Covid-19 epidemic that spread in 2020. In a significant part of the international studies related to the topic, the difficulties arising because of the change in the attitude of the tourist human resources are mentioned, which can lead to a disadvantageous situation in the long term of the operation of tourist facilities. As a result, the sixteen Romanian counties that make up the Transylvania region became the target of the investigation. Projected on the mentioned counties, relevant data from the Romanian National Statistical Institute (INSSE) were first used, examining the time interval between 2010 and 2022, both yearly and monthly. According to the data used, it is important to focus on the investigation of tourist traffic, as well as on the number of people employed in the sector and its change, as well as on the wages received for doing their work and the associated benefits, which can serve as a motivational factor in addition to valuing employees. An examination of the data related to the topic shows that the 2008 global crisis had a more drastic impact on employment in Romania than the Covid-19 pandemic that spread in 2020, the effects of which can still be felt today.

BUDGET AND PUBLIC DEBT FINANCIAL STABILITY IS A PREREQUISITE FOR SUSTAINABLE GROWTH
1-21Views:117The central thought of this article is the relationship between the stability of public finances and the sustainable economic development of the country. The paper aims to find an answer to the question to what extent the outer and inner conditions of the social and economic functioning have contributed to, and hindered the domestic development in the quarter of the century after the change of the regime. The article proves that stability and growth are predisposed to strengthen each other. In absence of financial stability, we cannot talk about competitiveness as a prerequisite for the sustainability of growth, or in a wider sense, the realization of the public good. The latter can be observed basically in the fact that the interests of financial stability and growth are in equilibrium and the satisfaction of socio economic needs is realized in the frame defined by them.
