Absztrakt

Az ún. nem-keynesi hatások vizsgálata mára a makro-gazdaságpolitikai kutatások egyik kitüntetett területe lett. Népszerűvé válása érthető, hiszen a vizsgálódás középpontjában az a kérdés áll, hogy miként
magyarázható a fiskális konszolidáció már rövid távon is növekedést gerjesztő hatása. Arra keresik a szerzők a választ, hogy melyek azok az általános jellemzők, amelyek biztosítják a fiskális multiplikátor előjelváltását. A dolgozat a nem-keynesi hatások egyik lehetséges magyarázatát, a kereslet-oldali megközelítést teszi elemzés tárgyává azzal a céllal, hogy bemutassa: a fogyasztási csatornán keresztül érvényre jutó rövid távú expanziós hatások csak akkor várhatók, ha a fiskális kiigazítást olyan környezetben hajtja végre a kormány, ahol nem, vagy csak kevéssé érvényesül a likviditási korlát, valamint ahol a pénzügyi közvetítő rendszer fejlett, illetve dinamikusan mélyül.
